I come here when I want to relax and enjoy walk around and browse for stuff I need. Customer service here is always efficient and polite. If you sign up for their rewards program you can earn points which go towards a coupon. Once I was able to redeem a $30 coupon for the points I accumulated! Was pretty stoked about that. Staples is also my go to for electronic recycling (old batteries, cables, pretty much any small electronic waste they accept) in exchange for store points. The only downside to this place is that their public bathroom is absolutely disgusting, filthy and through multiple visits to this store I noticed hadn't been cleaned in a long time which is not acceptable. Please, management, hire someone to sanitize that restroom!! It needs it badly. That is why I deducted one star for the state of the ladies restroom. Otherwise, it's a great place to shop!

She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.

Needed prints for a gallery show, and through a random stroke of luck ended up going in when they were in between tasks, so I got my prints a few minutes after getting a proof (it was a very small digital print run; 15 prints). Also, good pricing! If you're getting (nice!) prints done it's important to know that this is just not typical. One should expect to wait a few business days. I'm not leaving this review to say to expect this exact service from any printing company in general, I'm just saying that the staff here didn't have to do any of this but were willing to when it was possible.
