Last I was aware (an it may have changed), using their in-house catering is mandatory when renting. This may be off putting to some however the food has been pretty good on the times I have been here. The area is spacious and the bar area is very nice as well. We were here most recently for a club Christmas party. The food was good, the beer was cold and the place was looking festive. Parking is ample as well. Consider this venue when looking for a place for your next party, you'll be more than satisfied.
