While out in Mahoning County I stumbled across this place and figured I would check it out. After all, there is never a bad time for Italian food! I sat at the bar and looked over the menu, which had a variety of pizza, pasta, beef, chicken, and seafood dishes. I settled on a plate of spaghetti marinara, which came with a side salad and complementary rolls. The rolls were warm and came with a dollop of butter, while the salad consisted of iceberg lettuce with a few croutons and onions mixed in. The pasta arrived hot and appetizing and topped with just the right amount of sauce. It did not disappoint - the sauce was rich and full of flavor and perfectly complemented the spaghetti! Overall, I would recommend this place!

Peppers in oil. True Italian appetizer! Great flavor abs just the right balance of spices

Good quality on my dad's steak, tender and juicy, came with mushrooms and onions and a large baked sweet potato. My pasta dish was absolutely delicious and the portion was huge, couldn't even make a dent in it. Waitress was friendly and attentive which was great as she was rubbing the whole place herself. Great for families and large groups.

Enjoyed sitting out on their patio. I got the cab and the trio, both were fantastic! Service was even better! Thank you Victoria. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in for lunch and was seated pretty quickly. I was greeted by my server Christina, who was very friendly and helped guide me through the large list of menu items. I chose the lunch portion of the Chicken Parmesan. I was immediately served with my drink and some tasty warm rolls with whipped butter. The entree comes with your choice of either a salad or soup. The soup of the day was Wedding soup, so I opted for that. It was a really good chicken based soup with lots of tiny meatballs in it. They prepared this soup perfectly. (My wife is Italian, and she makes this soup on holidays... so I know what it should taste like.) Giorgio's nailed it! When the Chicken Parm was served, I noted that it was a chicken patty, and not a chicken breast, so they lost a star for that. Otherwise the meal was good. The pasta was cooked well, and the tomato sauce was rich and delicious. Christina did a great job as server... she was very attentive. The meal and service was good. I will definitely return.

Nice local place to sit down and eat. Theres usually no wait, prompt and friendly service. The prices are very reasonable and the food is good. Our favorite is the chicken parm!

And yes that still describes many other of their competition... because it's what our area knows and loves. Their ambience is classier than a lot of their competition. They have an outdoor shaded patio. A full bar with plenty of seating. Tons of parking in their plaza's lot. And let's not forget their PIZZA BREAD!! I always look forward to that when I come back into town.

Entrees come with a choice of soup or salad; one friend had the wedding soup, while the other two of us upgraded to the Caesar for $2--well worth it. Generous portion, fresh crunchy lettuce, and both shaved and grated Parmesan. The dressing came on the side. Service was impeccable: water glasses never ran dry and empty plates/bread baskets were cleared before we noticed. The restaurant was busy, so food wasn't instant, but everything arrived hot and delicious with no complaints. The staff definitely deserve a shout out for anticipating our needs and taking such good care of us. The menu looks extensive (we didn't order drinks), and there's a separate seasonal drinks list with cocktails and mocktails. Seating includes a large dining room and booths that easily fit big family groups; the vibe was lively and welcoming. Portions are generous--many people including all three of us left with takeout boxes with leftovers. A couple of tips: make a reservation if you can--we arrived at 5:00 and luckily were seated right away, but there was a wait by the time we left 90 minutes later. Also, the place is very family‑friendly: they offered us a car‑seat carrier for the baby, which made the visit stress‑free. Highly recommend for great Italian food, solid portions, and warm service in Cortland.

The service is always impeccable. You never have to beg for anything. The servers are well trained. They come around regularly to fill drinks and genuinely care if you're having a good experience. Sadly, that type of service has mostly vanished most places. We had a wonderful female server. I unfortunately can't remember her name. She was upstairs yesterday with brown hair and a pony tail. Now to the food. They have a fantastic menu so you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My family and I have tried all kinds of things and loved them. It's our go to for celebrations. We started off with the fried artichokes which were crispy and delicious. They reminded us of the ones we had in Rome last year. My mom and I had the lemon pasta with shrimp. It was unbelievably good. You got tons of shrimp and the pasta was soft and melted in your mouth with the lemon. My husband loved his wedding soup and chicken Milanese. His family is Italian so he's hard on chicken cutlets. He said it was crispy and moist. It looked amazing but I didn't snap a photo since I was hungry. My cousin loved her eggplant Parmesan. She's also Italian and has been to Italy several times. That's her go to dish. It's always cooked perfectly. My other cousins got spaghetti and meatballs which they loved. The meatballs are huge and perfectly cooked. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If you love Italian and know what good pasta is supposed to taste like, go to Leo's. Your stomach will thank you.

The problem is, the place was packed and is clearly a very popular restaurant here. To start, the service was great! Everyone was super friendly and fairly attentive. Moving on to food. We shared two appetizers, peppers in oil and fried Zucchini flowers. The peppers were ok but had just a low quality olive oil that made them seem greasy. I've had fried zucchini flowers many times growing up in an Italian household but these were the worst I've ever had. They were overstuffed, over battered, and again, greasy! Not sure why they offer this dish when you can't taste the flowers at all as they are overpowered by everything else. Next, I had Chicken Marsala. I've had chicken Marsala all over the world, have cooked it many times, and I absolutely love the dish. This version was unlike any other version I've ever had with the addition of a ton of peppers. The chicken was cooked properly but the sauce was gloppy, didn't taste like Marsala, and seemed like it was cooked by someone who doesn't understand that the best Italian dishes should be simple and not "overhanded". The chicken parmigiana was the best meal out of everything they made but unfortunately the spaghetti it came with had waaaaay too much sauce and the parmigiana cheese (which we had to ask for) seemed like the low quality stuff you can buy in a jar at the supermarket. I guess the overall impression was poor quality Italian food made with average quality ingredients. If you like Olive Garden, then you'll probably be happy here as it felt like this restaurant from the food to the decor is stuck in the early 80s. One other note - the prices were very reasonable but as many Italian places in the US are, they don't understand that the main principle of Italian food is high quality ingredients combined with simplicity.

Ordered there "famous" Station Square Charred Ribeye and Prime Rib Au Jus and neither of them had any flavor at all. My husband said it tasted like steak from Ponderosa back in the day and he was absolutely right. We also ordered the lamb lollipops that were dry, had absolutely no flavor. The little bit of juice from the lamb had soaked into the instant mashed potatoes, that are underneath?? it's an appetizer?!? They tasted like paste!!! The most flavorful thing we got was the Ajou sauce which I ordered an extra side of it/paid for the up charge and they were extremely rude about it. It was extremely overpriced and nothing was good! We won't be returning. As a young child, I used to eat there a lot with my family, but I see things have changed tremendously.
