Unethical...After explaining many times that the estimate was inaccurate they swore to me that it was not. The car should've been totaled. Cutting labor and ordering the complete set of wrong parts. If done correctly, the estimate would've been coded differently for the insurance company and the adjuster would've came to put eyes on the vehicle. Insurance company didn't get the supplement until the day before I was to pick it up...even though the parts were ordered weeks before....unethical. Claim they replaced parts, but as you can see from the pictures they simply glued broken pieces back onto my vehicle. Now I'm stuck with a car that is literally falling apart. Legal action is the only way I will get justice and stop this garage from ever doing this to anyone else. read more

Horrible customer service from the minute I walked in. I walked in for an estimate just to repaint my bumper and instead got a nasty attitude from the male and the female in the front. I only need my bumper repainted which takes 5 minutes to come out and look at. The male stated "we usually only do estimates with an appointment but I can come outside and take a look, just know you would be putting me behind." The female then stated I was "wasting my time going to different body shops looking for different estimates." I know how this process works because I have gone through it before. They did not explain anything to me and the only thing I got from stopping by here was a disgusting attitude. As I was standing there they were both rolling their eyes. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT. read more

For the second time in just over 1-year Cimorelli's exceeded what I expected. I had a water leak inside the vehicle cabin. The Hyundai dealership (Suresky Hyundai in Goshen) wrongly told me that the leak was coming from a repaired front windshield and roof molding. Whenever it rained or when I had my car washed, water would drip somewhere inside the cargo area. I assumed the cause of the leak was covered under my auto's warranty since my vehicle was just over a year old. The outstanding technicians at Cimorelli's Collision Center located a small pin hole in the rear of the vehicle near the antenna. They repaired the leak quickly and prevented further water damage. I'd recommend Cimorelli's anytime and to anyone who want's their auto body repairs done right and honestly. read more

I had my 06 Honda Civic EX repaired In July 2018 from a front end collision due to a deer accident. I bought the car back on Wednesday 03 April 2019 because my air conditioner didn't work and they told me that my condenser had a hole and I need to replace it. I decided not to fix it at this time. I picked up the car and 2 days later I popped the hood but I couldn't open it. The lever under the hood wasn't there to push up. It took me an hour to figure out how to open the hood using a screwdriver and I finally was able to open it. I looked for the lever and it was under the black cover located on the radiator support. I had to take that cover off bend the lever back into place and reinstall the cover. Now I have to order a new hood latch from Honda due to safety reasons. This could of been a bad situation if I had an emergency and I couldn't open the hood while I was on the road. I'm not a happy customer. read more

Great experience! Had some body work done on a BMW, which went through insurance. Paul Cimorelli and the rest of the staff handled everything, from calling insurance co. to giving me up to date text messages on the status of the work.
