The first two homes had major issues and as a first time home buyer I am beyond happy to have had all off their knowledge in this process. They are professional, courteous and they know their stuff. I highly recommend Guardian inspections to anyone in their home buying process.

I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called the phone went to voicemail but m rep shot me a text and called me back quickly. They quotes me $475 for the inspection and $125 for the radon tasting (highly recommend if you have a basement). I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The inspector (John) was at the house on time at 8a sharp. He inspected and walked through each square footage of the house. From the roof to the backyard and basement. I was able to follow along and ask any questions during walk-through. John was very friendly and helpful during the entire experience. The inspection took about 2 hours and 45 minutes which was 30 minutes longer then the estimated time. After the inspection, John sat down with me and discussed all the items that needed attention and items to watch out for. He explained everything thoroughly. After, I received an email with my report as well as follow up emails to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a home.

We put problems in context and in understandable language to help break through the fog of stress the typical home buyer experiences! Deutsch Home Inspection LLC draws on decades of hands-on professional and personal work in remodeling and home improvement, as well as training and continuing education. While we recognize that experience as important, we also realize you don’t hire a home inspector to build or fix anything. If we can quote the electrical code or list the grades of PVC pipe, but we don’t help you understand the problems we find in the home, then we are not bringing value! While we always cover the Standards of Practice outlined by the state of Ohio (and InterNACHI) for home inspectors, we know that our job is to be helpful, not simply methodical. Every inspection is different and every client has a unique set of needs and expectations.
