They quotes me $475 for the inspection and $125 for the radon tasting (highly recommend if you have a basement). I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The inspector (John) was at the house on time at 8a sharp. He inspected and walked through each square footage of the house. From the roof to the backyard and basement. I was able to follow along and ask any questions during walk-through. John was very friendly and helpful during the entire experience. The inspection took about 2 hours and 45 minutes which was 30 minutes longer then the estimated time. After the inspection, John sat down with me and discussed all the items that needed attention and items to watch out for. He explained everything thoroughly.
