Dan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took over 4 hours to meticulously go through every aspect of the property - roof, chimney, foundation, electrical (including old knob-and-tube concerns), plumbing, HVAC, attic, basement moisture issues, and more. The report was delivered the same day, clocking in at 41 pages with hundreds of clear photos, diagrams, and a well-organized Repair Advisory Summary + Defective Summary that made it easy to understand priorities, safety risks, and next steps.
