I was told a manager would be in contact with me, fast forward 24 hours and no contact was made.. So, I reached back out.. was told that the person was given the note and to hold the line. After manager got on the phone and said "I receive at least 50 of these calls a day" and "it's a road hazard issue, call your personal insurance company" Why is it that this company chooses to put vehicles on the roadway knowingly they're damaging others vehicles because they won't take steps to secure their load?? It's a lack of care and negligence. Our previous experiences of purchasing landscaping supplies have also had challenges and undesirable outcomes. Do yourself a favor and support a different company who will stand behind their service and provide customer support when needed.

I purchased a safe from a local tractor supply store, with the understanding that delivery included bringing the 600 lb. lock-box into the first floor of my home. However, come delivery day, the delivery person lacked the equipment (a functional pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) to even get the safe into my driveway without the assistance from me (a 59-year old man) and my wife (she's 120 lbs soaking wet). The delivery man stated he was only supposed to drop it onto the curb and leave. After a ridiculous sequence of events where we all tried to get the safe into the house, he did, indeed, leave with the safe. It was a 360 degree disappointment. I am still dealing with the return process and am on the verge of having to dispute the charges on my credit card. So with this as a backdrop, I ventured into The Safe Keeper. When juxtaposed with the previous (non)delivery I experienced, this was a master class in how to deliver & install a new safe in a house. Without equivocation, I highly recommend the Safe Keeper! They have a vast stock of safes for your purchase, they can also order whatever you're looking for and (in my case) Evgeny can hit the bullseye with exactitude for the right fit, cost and color.
