I don't understand how this place is still open? Me and my wife had such a bad experience from the employees to the installers to the follow up. If I could give zero stars I would definitely do that. I paid so much money and have to live with the results of the horrible job that these people did. They sent an unlicensed person out to complete the work. The owner is a liar and his leadership has spread through the hearts and minds of all of his employees. Please do your due diligence and look up information on the owner who has been sued repeatedly for the work or lack there of that he has scheduled over the years. #bad #terrible This place gets more and more horrible as the years go on. Every time I go downstairs in my home and look at my floors I'm reminded of the dreadful admin assistant and the conman owner who lied to me repeatedly. We finally got our flooring situation taken care of by Best Buy Flooring, after over a year and a half of dealing with, writing bad reviews, and going through the BBB. Best Buy Flooring asked me yesterday to remove my bad reviews, I was advised not to remove them, but I will do an update. I will never have them do flooring for me again, but the installer that was sent out was VERY GOOD and he was VERY PROFESSIONAL. We are pleased with his work. The nice thing is I worked with him at another flooring company years ago and he was just as good and professional back then. read more

Had a great experience here. Went In with an estimate from RCWilly that I thought was a little high. They not only beat the estimate with cheaper deal, but gave us better carpet and warranty. They knew we were in a hurry to get our carpet in so they went the extra mile to find the carpet and get it installed within a week rather than the standard 2 weeks to get it In Stock. They sent out one guy to remove our entire house of carpet and tile (they were supposed to send 2 to 3) the guy doing the tear out dented and scratched the front panel of our brand new stainless steel refrigerator. The Manager Dez came out to look at it. I called GE to find out how much the new panel would be. 480.00. Dez refused to pay for it only giving us 150.00 towards it. If I hadn't paid the first installment, I would have bailed out on this company. Dez is dishonest and very untrusting of his clients. He offered to pay for the entire amount of the panel if I paid him the whole rest of the amount (13,000) before the flooring was even laid. What kind of businessman is this idiot? Blackmail? I give the management a 1 Star and the installers a 5 Star. Installers did a beautiful job. Don't use this company. Dez is horrible to deal with and I'm still upset I have a brand new refrigerator with a dent and scratches all over the front. read more

BEWARE: This company took our payment on our card in the store the day we ordered the carpet. Two days later, they helped themselves to another $2,000. They said it was an accident and the money would be back in our account by the end of the next day. Two days after that, it was still not returned. They gave us some adolescent style BS saying they had deposited it, but put in too much and took some back out. We contacted our bank there had been no activity, no pending deposits, etc. After repeated calls and a very stressful few days, the money was finally returned to our account right before 5:00pm. We immediately had our card canceled so they can't strike again, which after reading reviews seems rather likely. They never showed up on the scheduled day to install so my husband called. The lady who answers the calls was very rude and short with him and informed him we were scheduled for the NEXT day at 7:00am, which was not true because he had asked her to repeat the day and time during the scheduling call the first time. The installer was over 2 hours late the next day as well and took his sweet time doing the work. My husband lost 2 days of work for this and we had to pay overdraft fees and stress out not knowing if or when our money would be returned. We received no apology or compensation for any of this. Based on our experience and other reviews we were naive enough to look up only AFTER we had money "borrowed", it seems this is regular practice for them. Seriously reconsider doing business with this company. read more

Stay away from this companies Henderson location... Nightmare! After coming out to do a 2 day floor install. First day they show up and start the new flooring project. Next day no show or call. They said so sorry we had a bigger job to do but we will come next day to finish. Guess what no show, no call again. 2 strikes against them. Finally they schedule a 3rd install date several weeks later and you guessed it.... No show again. Finally fourth install date they finally show up and this install crew was sharp and tell us the first install crew messed up the original flooring install as vinyl floor has wrinkles and missing glue in key areas causing floor to pop up? Say what? So the 2nd install crew had to re-work everything before they could finish the floor install. Owner is always not available. Once they have your money they don't care. Still waiting 2 weeks for owner to call back. We will be filling a complaint with BBB as no one should ever have to go though this again. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! read more

Doesn't stand behind their quotes, expects customers to know the specific materials for doing their job (other than the floor itself) like what underlayment is required, if floor prep is required, etc. In our case, they wanted to add an extra $1K (after they had been onsite to quote) to put in LVF in our upstairs so the transition strip was an actual transition strip, versus a trip and fall hazard - the installer showed us there was a ~3/4" delta between our tile floor in the bathroom and our new LVD in the master. The extra $1K was for floor pre (cork). Then after all was done, they tried to sell us upgraded baseboard. The whole job was supposed to be done before we moved in as it was booked 3 weeks+ prior to move-in, but somehow - carpet didn't arrive until 2 days prior to our move - but it was everyone else's fault.. Everyone you speak with gives you a different story about what's happening, etc., and they break commitments. If you want to be 1/2 way through a job and have them try to sell you MORE, wherein it's too late to stop the job, use these guys. If you want a reputable company that stands behind their bids, go elsewhere. read more

Save yourself the grief and stay away from this business. I was told the tile I wanted was in stock and they had to order the laminate. They arrived on the scheduled day to install, removed all the carpeting that needed to be removed but they didn't have the new materials. Late in the day they brought the wrong laminate and no tile. Was told by the delivery man that the tile had to be ordered which I was never informed of by the office. Called the office and of course no one will take responsibility it's always someone else but that someone else won't talk to you. My day was wasted as well as the installers. This place is far from professional. The initial installation looked like it was done by a first year high school wood shop student without any guidance. After much grief dealing with the company I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board and with their help a new crew was sent out, the laminate from the stairs was completely removed and new materials installed properly and it now looks GOOD! read more
