They had a positive CAN DO attitude from the moment I walked in. These people cater to professional roofers but here I am, mister nobody homeowner who wanted to buy 30 tiles. A Latino guy was attempting to serve us. He had a very, very thick accent. Not an issue, I just asked him to repeat what he was trying to say a few times. The real issue was his attitude. To my wife and I, it was clearly obvious he really didn't want to be doing his job. His interest in helping us color match our roof tiles was zip, zero, nada! This is a guy that should have been picking up the broken car parts that were dangerously scattered around their back lot. When we pointed out his bad attitude to the female office worker, she basically told us "you won't find that product anywhere else". Ok, so you have a monopoly on some products so your attitude doesn't matter. Great! STAY AWAY from RWC Building Products at all costs. It's a ship without a rudder. Needed a roof tile for a repair. They were so helpful. I asked the customer service rep if they sold nails he said they had many inside. I made my way back in where she gave me several and then on my way out the gentlemen who pointed me inside earlier found me and handed me several nails as well. I went to RWC to get a couple of end tiles that had fallen off my roof and I took the exact tile that I needed to match the type and color. I was given the wrong product and had to return in 109' weather. It is partially my fault for not checking before I left but they loaded them and shut the hatch back as I got there. They did make it right when I returned and gave me a couple of additional tiles for my trouble. Please check your materials before leaving. read more

Amazing Experience! The palm tree trimmer henry dropped palm leaves on my roof which caused tile breakage. I had to go find tiles to fit my roof. RWC had the right tiles, and took the time to tell me how to easily install them for a residential person who hasnt replaced roof tiles before. A storm came and the neighbors tree grabbed some tiles off my roof and smashed them to the ground. I had no idea who to call and a few "handy men" said they could fix it but then never returned my calls so I yelped and found this spot and saw another review that said they came here to get some tiles for the same problem!!! I showed a picture and they knew what I need then the fork lift guy went to get it and took it to my car and put it in my trunk. About $35 for four tiles and some nails.
