Unfriendly staff. The only friendly staff was the girl who greeted us when we walked in. I am a first time home buyer & was super excited to purchase new countertops for my kitchen! I brought my step dad who is a licensed contractor to get some pricing on a few quartz options. It's the ladies in the back of the warehouse who were extremely rude and ultimately made me want to take my money elsewhere! All we wanted was pricing and wasn't aware that you need a certain contracting license to receive pricing, however there is a nice way you can tell people that & it felt like we were belittled and turned away so it left a bad taste in our mouths. This is one of the better showrooms for choosing your tiles. They have pretty much everything out and I love how they are transparent with their prices, there are price labels right on the product! I love that! They also have tiles grouted in all over the showroom so you can see what it looks like on the wall or on the floor. Lacey helped us out and was very friendly and helpful. Unfriendly service. I came back to to look at some specific porcelain tiles and recognized one of the associates that had helped me a few months ago. Lacey just gave me a blank, rude stare. Even if she was busy with another costumer, she could of greeted me but instead I caught her making faces with the receptionist insinuating that she had no idea who I was. ** Kudos to Maria Key (Best Slab Sales Rep.) Definitely, Request Her at Arizona Tile ** Our contractor sent us to AZ Tile to go and see what countertops my husband and I liked for our kitchen remodel. We had stopped by and picked the one we liked about 5 months ago. Now that we had to go back and finalize the actual slab to pick and place our name on it. We stopped by AZ tile again and met this time with Maria Key, slab sales representative. She took us back and had them pull the actual slab we would be selecting for our contractor to purchase. The next day, our contractor informed us that he had miscalculated and we needed to purchase another slab which we only needed half of a slab size. I called Maria to help me with a solution since the slab style we had ordered only came in a Jumbo size and we only needed half of this size to complete the kitchen counter. She asked if I had my cabinet colors and backsplash and said she would look to see what would look great with our design and call me back. She had a great solution and had me come back to AZ Tile and see if the color and slab selection she picked, I would like as well. I stopped by and I loved her idea and suggestion. I'm given a hard hat and escorted into the back. Whenever I've looked at granite I am offered a few small samples. Not here. There is a warehouse full of huge slabs of granite & marble, carved straight out the mountain or quarry or wherever you grow granite, every color, every pattern ranging from fancy to really flipping fancy. DO NOT buy anything from this company- contractors or homeowners! Their warranty is completely worthless and just smoke and mirrors. They try to get out of not honoring their warranty by blaming the contractors and fabricators. We bought the Della terra quartz here in summer 2017 and within months WATER began to stain it. And within a few months it began to chip. The salespeople told us that this quartz was chip proof and that the warranty would cover any stains and chips and dents. If a warranty doesn't cover water stains I'm not sure what the point is of a warranty then? It took three months to get anyone to come out and see the countertops. And when my husband finally confronted how long it took to get someone out and get callbacks the sales person said "oh. We're busy" terrible customer service. They just want to push you into buying expensive products and then once you purchase- you're apparently no longer a customer. When they did come out and see all the stains and chips their conversation changed and the sales person said how many people have had issues with this quartz. He also blamed the contractors and fabricators we worked with (not sure how a contractor could stain it... and the countertops were perfect when they were installed. We went over every inch with our contractor. Very dishonest company and they sell a very poor product! read more

This tile store is aesthetically pleasant with many friendly no pressure employees on the floor. We were greeted immediately by a very welcoming informative employee. You can walk around on your own w/o sales people constantly on you. They sporadically check on you ask if you have any questions and seem to know the right times to approach you (professionals in my book!) From the first time I walked into the store I was met with resistance and the black gal who greeted us was pretentious and stand-offish . Apparently they can't give prices to me but only to the licensed contractor. So my question back to them is, "what if your doing it yourself?" Nope can't do it. And they were adamant about it. Arizona Tile is awesome! We had new granite countertops installed, and they were done wrong! Bad install by a local granite company, that left a "gap" between the countertop and back splash. We were so upset, a lot of money spent and horrible result. I went to Arizona Tile, and had the great fortune of meeting Ashlee Rodriguez. She spent SO much time finding a solution for us. Ashlee found some discontinued tiles that matched our older back splash and ordered them for us and recommended tile installers. What a great outcome from a huge mistake. I felt compelled to write a review on this business based on my experience, in which I left feeling completely stress free and excited. I walked into Arizona Tile to originally look at granite slabs for my kitchen counter tops.I also planned to redo flooring in my kitchen and do a back splash. Anyone who has done home renovations or remodeling knows how stressful the process can be. There's so many company's, so many options and a million different styles and materials. It also doesn't help that I'm indecisive. Well after looking around feeling overwhelmed, I selected a tile for my floor that I Iiked. MARIA started assisting me and after seeing what I was looking at, she came to me with options that I could do for my counter top as well as my back splash. It all came together within 5 mins, and I absolutely loved her professional advice and input. I was amazed at how fast, she could design something and have it all tie in. Her guidance and suggestions were a complete blessing and was more than welcomed. Being that she offered me something for ** FREE** when I've paid two different interior designers and got nothing out of them, I appreciated her even more. Hours are kind of annoying since someone like me who works M-F 9-5 can't make it there other than on the weekends. Prices are a bit higher than other places in town too.
