Floor Coverings International Monterey Bay…read more Bernardo and his crew did an outstanding job on my Dad's mobile home in Capitola. They had to remove carpeting that had been installed in 1992. The padding pretty much disintegrated and they had to remove about a 1000 staples. The carpeting was removed in 3 rooms, the large living area, the master bedroom, and a spare bedroom. What was amazing is they finished the job in 2 days ! They then moved all the heavy furniture back in each room. What we can't figure out is how they got those 2 twin sofa sleepers through the door. In any case, if you have any need to install laminate flooring ( we went with LVP with is a higher quality with a moisture barrier ) or any flooring, I would highly recommend Floorings International of Montery. While my daughter and son in law got all the furniture moved off the floors, they did return and moved the heavy stuff back into each room as directed. They somehow also got 2 twin sofa sleepers inside the living area as directed. They arrived earlier than expected so we gave them the combo to the lock box . When they were done, they locked both doors and put the key back in the lock box. We went with an LVP flooring since that particular brand is moisture proof since we live by the ocean.
