This review is for the solid warranty service I received after purchasing the window coverings. One of my blinds broke, so I called Phil Wilson. He immediately arranged a time to come pick up the blinds in order to send them back to the company for repair. Other than a small shipping fee, everything was covered under warranty. Once the blinds were repaired, Phil came to reinstall them in my home, and now they work as good as new! Excellent warranty and customer service. Thank you again Phil!

Was told about 4-6 weeks the shutters would come in then the installer would contact us to set up a time of installation. It was more like 12weeks!! Shutters were installed December 18th with the exception one one window. The installer Ryan informed me the on of the small shutters was damaged, so he suggested I not sign paperwork until he comes back and installs the last shutter. January 20th Ryan comes back out with the replaced shutter and then tells me shutter was not fitting properly, so he took it back again! I have contacted Ryan a few times via phone but all he keeps telling me is that he hasn't heard back from the company and he will call me back, but he doesn't!! This service was not worth the money we paid!! DO NOT USE 3 DAY BLINDS!!! Find a different vendor, it will save you time and money! Still waiting for last shutter to be installed!!

Max was totally helpful! After talking about alternatives, I decided it might be smart to get our blinds replaced (they are 22 years old). Max got ahold of Adam, a salesman who was in the area, and within 30 minutes from my first call the the company, Adam was knocking on the door. He removed the broken blind, and within 3 minutes, he got a cord from his truck, put in a new temporary one, and got the blind to carefully raise and lower until the new one is ready!
