I thought a last-minute appointment with a cleaning agency would come with some sort of hiccup, but NO! Everything went smoothly from the very beginning - they were quick to respond and provide their availability. The ladies who came the day of cleaning were very kind, efficient, and thorough. Amazing to say the least! They finished a two-bedroom apartment within two hours and even requested that I inspect thoroughly. The one small hiccup I'd like to mention is for any of those that require an invoice. Their team was quick to send one, BUT it was only visible on mobile device and not laptops. I had hired Cindy's Maid Service for a thorough clean after a move-out and before putting my condo on the market for sale- this company was highly recommended by my realtor. I was impressed by the reviews and happy that it was a female-owned business. Cindy was great in the communication and clarification of what was needed prior to the clean date. I had asked if I can pay a deposit and the rest after the clean since I've had prior negative experiences with other crews. This was denied but I was strongly assured I would be satisfied with the job. The cleaning was not adequate: smears on mirrors, dirt/filth left on appliances, obvious debris still all over the carpet. I notified the company right away and they responded that they could return to finish the job- however, I could not arrange access that day and I needed it ready the following day for the market. My agent who had checked the cleaning for me was very disappointed and took video. He said I deserved 1/3 of a refund based on the poor cleaning. They only offered half of that amount. The stars are for the quick response and the willingness to return to finish but I should not have had to complain about the most obvious cleaning items. Overall very disappointed in the cleaning quality and inadequate refund. Edited to add: The quality of the job done was directly assessed by an experienced realtor so I do not think the complaints are unreasonable. read more

Cindy's Maid Green Cleaning Service is outstanding. The first time they came they immediately showed me their vaccination cards, since I told them that was a concern of mine. They brought they own cleaning supplies, even a vacuum cleaner. I have a large apartment and they did it very quickly. They were very thorough. The second time they came I told them a couple of things we needed to correct from the last time and they were ok with that. Again, they left my apartment very clean. Hired this service for a deep clean, and they did a great job. A very pleasant young lady arrived on time, and made my house squeaky clean. A deep clean includes baseboards and they looked so good after she was done. She even wiped down the window well sills on my lower level and that was impressive.
