I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Then, they have the audacity to advise it was a $160 flat rate over yelp messages, but when he asked for payment, they advised it was actually going to be $190 for an initial cleaning and afterwards it's $150. WHAAAAAAT?! Do not use them. I'm shocked right now. I swear, I had a wonderful day, and now, I'm in a nasty mood. Update 9/1/2026: I was trying to clean my cabinets with my Bona pet cleaners and noticed they were all stolen from my cabinet. I'm shocked.
