Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.

I just had my first deep clean with Ecocleanpro - I am extremely impressed. The communication in setting up the cleaning was professional, accommodating, and with quick responses to my questions. I had to leave early while the two cleaners were finishing up, and was comfortable enough trusting them in my home without me there, and I am so glad I did! I came back to the most beautiful apartment, and they really went above and beyond. On top of cleaning every nook and cranny, they took the time to organize little things (straightening picture frames, centering decor objects) - they even organized all my Save the Dates on the fridge! I was initially concerned about my new dining table, which has some strict cleaning rules, but they followed them perfectly and there was no damage. I did a move-in cleaning for an empty 1bed, 1bath apartment. It was $170 flat, but an extra $90 was added for (what I thought was) the time to clean the inside of the fridge and oven and to pay special attention to the tiles. They quoted me $260 for two cleaners for 3-4 hours and were able to put me on the books for the date and time I wanted. They arrived on time and the clean was finished in less than 1.5 hours. It was a fine job. The apartment was pretty clean to begin with, except for the bathroom flooring, tile, and caulk (and they told me they weren't able to get the grime/ stains off of those in the end). Despite taking less than half of the time, it was still $260. I'm glad I got them, but I do think I may have overpaid. read more

They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.
