I came in Sunday 06/29/2025... I'm a regular but on this day everyone was acting brand new. It was a bad experience starting off with an over lay on my big toes only no one wanted to do them. I wanted a toenail polish change but ended up getting a pedicure. They were very upset with me because I didn't take no for an answer. Started speaking in their language about me. Mind you my feet are well kept I get them done every two weeks. Everyone was against me like I wasn't a paying customer. Cindy and nail tec were angry that I stood my ground and didn't take no for answer. I left with over lay nails and over lay on two of my big toes. I've come to the conclusion they don't like us but love our money. I will not return.. Respect goes a long way. They put oil around my finger nails but say they don't massage your fingers or hands. read more

Rushed service, they don't even massage your feet during the pedicure nor make sure all of the dead skin is off and your feet are left smooth like they're supposed to. She called me "friend" until I asked for the business to reimburse me for my doctors visit. the men in the place is very lazy. they don't want to take the time to give you a great service. they rush through so therefore your polish look a mess. also I was just there on yesterday. I went to get my nails and feet done with no chip polish. about three weeks earlier I had both my feet and nails done by them so the polish needed to be removed. I asked them not to use the sanding drill to remove my polish. I wanted polish remover so that they don't file down my nail bed. they refused my service because they wanted to file the polish off instead of using nail polish remover. this was so unprofessional. everyone don't get fake nails so i grow my own. I do not want them to thin out my nails because they want to be lazy. they have just lost a customer. I wish we would all stick together and stop going to these places. they don't care about your nail they only want just the money. we need to teach them to care about the customers they serve in our communit. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Both my mom and I are visiting from out of town and came to this salon based on a recommendation from my sister who lives in the area. She suggested the basic mani/pedi special that they offer for "$30". Unfortunately (and from my experience with many MANY other mani/pedi's I've had) I did NOT receive anything close to a salon pedicure! My cuticles were not clipped-the male technician used the cuticle clipper to do a scraping motion on my nail bed near the cuticles but never actually clipped them, plus there was ZERO massage given! The male tech then took two pumps of lotion, rubbed it in his hands and did two swipes down my legs before then rubbing it off with a semi-warm wet towel that didn't even smell pleasant. I immediately expressed to my tech my confusion and dissatisfaction about what services I was getting ready to pay for and a woman whom I assume is the manager, explained that a basic pedicure (just as I knew it should) includes polish removal & color change, a cut down of your nails, filing, clipping of your cuticles, a leg and foot massage w/lotion (no stones), and a warm towel wipe down just before your polish is applied. Once I explained to her that I DID NOT RECEIVE a clipping of my cuticles, NO leg massage and NO foot massage she proceeded to tell me that she'll give me a $3 (YES A WHOLE $3 LOL) discount for the poor service, BUT (and I quote!) 'nail filing is difficult.' WAIT WHA'!??? So not only were my concerns with their technician's poor service not properly addressed, but I was then given unsolicited and very unnecessary information about the difficulties of nail filing! After that experience I told the 'manager' that I no longer desired the manicure I had intended to get done. I simply refused to pay any more of my hard earned money for a below average service. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS SALON. PURE LAZINESS ON THE PART OF MY MALE NAIL TECH & VERY INEFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PART OF THE MGR ‍***SIDE NOTE: After I was done, I was advised by other patrons who frequent this salon that 'NOOOBODY' Likes the male Nail Tech at this place- and for the same reasons I expressed no less! ...So lucky you if you decide to come here and DON'T get this guy! I've been going to Cindy for about five years now. I started going to a Black nail tech because Cindy Nails was closed due to Covid. I really hate that I had to return to people who do not respect my time or my money but if I am going to patronize a nail place that is not black owned it will be a nail business located in my community. Normally Cindy is OK but sometimes her mouth can be a little too much. She is older and I respect my elders so I don't say too much to her when she runs off at the mouth. I do expect my nails to be perfect. I always tip both technicians well so I'm not understanding all the mouth. They really do talk a lot of smack in their native language. But I digress. I decided to write this review because Cindy's husband was very unprofessional and I had to make sure that I checked him and put him back into his little non nail doing box. He was upset because I came in to have my no chip polish redone After it had shipped in less than a day. I knew it was due to the polish being old so I asked for a different polish in a very similar color. Mind you I got my nails done Thursday night...Friday morning my nails are chipping. I had to go out of town for my wedding anniversary (with chipped nails) so I was not able to come back until Tuesday for a repair. I took pictures Friday morning. Upon returning to Cindy's I showed the pictures to Ping and to Cindy's husband. He wanted me to pay $10 because he thought I wanted a polish change. I told him I am not paying you a dime more to fix Something that was not done right in the first place. He told me to never come back. That's when I told him he does not get to tell me how to spend my time or my money....he kept on huffing and puffing so I produced my receipt and I asked him for a refund including my tip...he went and sat himself down and did not look my way again until I was headed toward the door. In all fairness Cindy was not there when I got my nails done the first time, nor was she there when I returned for a repair. But I do not appreciate this man insinuating that I was trying to get over on him or his business. And thus the two star review. read more

Just went there for a gel fill and got my eyebrows done while I was at it. So professional, clean, bright and perfect! Relaxing nail salon - it felt like my nails were being licked on by kittens, it was so gentle! CQ's Nails is lying to customers and telling them that Cindy is "on vacation" - ha! She opened her own, better salon just two minutes away, across Orchard Drive! Don't go to CQ's Nails,anymore! They're unprofessional, dirty, and rude! I've been here a few times and haven't ever had a great experience, but it was never outright bad like it was this time. My service was very rushed because they were trying to get to the next customer. My nails overall look like crap. When I asked for them to be fixed, they were rude and told they didn't have time. I'm pissed. They did a horrible job and refused to fix it because they don't have time? That makes no sense and it's terrible customer service. If they're unable to work quickly and do a good job, they shouldn't be rushing. At the very least, they should've fixed my nails. I won't be back. read more

I had been coming here for years only because of Cindy, who did an amazing job on my eyebrows at CQ Nails years ago, and price. However,the customer service has become terrible and the wait is always extremely long. It is incredibly offensive when they make some pay ahead of service and others they do not. The fact that no one communicates with clients in English is offensive. I came today because I did not have time to go to my current nail salon in Indiana. Again, terrible service. My mom and I came in for pedicures. They are clean, they use gloves and bleach to clean. The nail selection could be better. They had a off brand called Verity no Opi, Zoya or SpaRitual but they were very nice and they had free parking very close. All the technicians seem experienced too. read more

This place has changed for the bad. I always go there and I won't be coming back. I asked for white tips on my toes and nails. Which I found out after was $10 extra dollars. I took my daughter here for a manicure and pedicure mother's day weekend. It was busy so they should have had a sign in sheet to keep the order of guests. But the moved rather fast considering the holiday crowd. It was a clean place and they sanitize the tools and pedicure tub between clients . I got a no-chip manicure and pedicure on 7/25/17. Within 4 days the manicure was completely falling apart. On top of that, the polish on the pedicure was not evenly spread. The whole service was beyond poor. I work late, so by the time I'm home, the shop is closed. I finally got a chance to come through today 8/3/17 and tell Cindy about the issue I had. She yelled at me and told me "this is a business. If you don't come in a week, there's nothing I can do." I explained to her my work situation and showed her my loyalty card which shows I patronize her business, but she continued to be disrespectful and rude! And, there is a man (who is angry and eve ALL the time) who started yelling at me, too. I would have been satisfied with them offering to fix my nails, but they didn't even offer that! I came in for a pedi, it's only $15 however my water was not filled with any soap :-/ and I feel like this guy is breezing through it. Not very satisfied today. As a first time visitor to cindy's nails, I was extremely disappointed. I got a no chip manicure and basic pedicure. The gentleman that did my pedicure refused to cut down my nails, and after I reminded him to do so, he breezed through it. My no chip manicure, which was a $10 up charge chipped after 5 days. I went back in, explaining my issue. They accused me of lying. Then, they refused to fix my very expensive manicure.
