I just completed a branding/corporate commercial with Martin & team at Cinecrown. The final product was far and away more than I expected, not because I had doubts with Cinecrown but that's just usually my luck with creative projects. All of my friends and family were blown away with how it came it out. From the start, Martin took the time to help me flesh out my vision. Best believe, your girl is now married and I have to thank Martin and the Cinecrown team for documenting our special day so beautifully! First off, I did my research and contacted several videography companies for quotes prior to choosing CineCrown. Martin was super professional and set up an initial meeting where we could preview his product and meet with him in person so we could explain our vision. I've seen his photography from several friends who used him for their weddings and I love how light and airy his photos are. His videos are cinematography style and really sets his product apart from regular documentary style videography. My husband was really drawn to the voiceovers in the videos, from interviews with the wedding party and family members, and I loved how he told a story about the couple by piecing together footage and interviews from the wedding day. It also helps that Martin is Vietnamese so he totally understood why my special day was two days in actuality and included several events including an intimate wedding ceremony, traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony, and reception. He was super flexible and made it all work. On the day of, Martin and his team were professional and friendly. They spent the whole day with us and were very enjoyable to be around. We got our videos a couple weeks ago, about 2 months after the wedding, and I can't stop watching it! I chose Martin Vo and and his team to capture every moment of my wedding day with their amazing cinematography. David was the head of the three man team for my wedding and showed up early and stayed late to make sure everything was captured just the way he wanted it. He and his team spent a lot of time with me at my motel while I was getting ready. They had some fun ideas of ways to pose and what to do to add to our video to make it perfect. It also allowed my photographer to get some fun poses too. Once at our ceremony they were able to be apart of everything but not really be noticed by myself or my husband while it was going on. Some of the guys we interviewed talked about setting up tripods that seemed to be too noticeable. We booked the short film from them which ended up being almost 10 minutes long which was a bonus. Originally when we met with them and decided to go with them to do our wedding Martin had said it could take up to 3 months before we got our finished product. This review is only for Cinecrown's videography services. On May 26th, 2018, my wife and I got married. We had our ceremony in Dixon at the Olde Vets Hall and our reception at the New Happy Garden in Sacramento. After weeks of researching multiple videographers for our ridiculous 600 person wedding (yes, we really had 600 people for the reception), there was one clear company that stood out on top for the style of videography we were looking for, and that was Cinecrown. We wanted something that was romantic but also upbeat and energetic and this seemed to be the style of a lot of Cinecrown's short films. Communication with Martin was really good. He's better at phone calls and text messages but will also respond to emails. On the big day, Martin and his partner, Quang shot our wedding and they did a great job. We had a wedding party of 8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen and Cinecrown did a great job of capturing everyone. The thing about short films or videography is that it's not just about the shooting style, but more importantly, you need a great editor to put everything together. And this is another area that sets CineCrown apart from the rest of the other dozens of videographers we researched. If you compare Cinecrown's videos to most others, you'll notice that it's a lot more captivating and energetic, and that's what we wanted. Many people might not notice, but Martin also did a great job of actually directing us to be at certain positions, poses, and I'm sure that also helped our photographer as well. To be honest, the price was over our budget, but the second we started looking at the actual cost of everything, it became apparent that a budget was just a joke. In any case, Cinecrown might cost a lot, but you get what you pay for and if it's for your wedding, that's a timeless video capturing all the emotions, actions, tears, laughter, joy and everything else in between, for forever. Worth EVERY PENNY. Words cannot express how amazing Martin and his team are in the wedding business. This was by far the best investment my wife and I made for our wedding. At first when my wife and I were budgetting for our wedding it was scary to see that a good portion of the budget was going towards the film, but his services are not limited to just the filmography and photography. Over the span of several months he was very professional, realistic, and communicative. He helped organize a good chunk of the wedding. I may not have much to say, but believe me Martin and his team will go beyond your expectations. For any special occasion especially weddings, the celebration can be hectic, stressful, intimidating, exciting, and joyful! With all these different emotions running wild, the day just flies by. He captures all the emotions beautifully, so now I can always go back and re-live all the excitement. We hired Martin to shoot our wedding in July! This man and his staff were extremely professional, fun and talented bunch! He surprised us with an incredibly well edited short video of the wedding day during our reception! Our guests as well as my husband and I were astounded at the quality of the film and how well edited It was in such a short period of time.
