When we got the quote we said we only wanted the backdrop and asked for an updated quote. He kept resending the same quote, citing tech issues, etc. Two weeks later, he finally said he's "not comfortable only renting us the backdrop" - they used to have a $500 min. Well, this is not on his website, it's not on the quote, wasn't mentioned on the call, the texts, the emails and we're days away from our party without a backdrop. He keeps insisting he's giving us "excellent customer service." So frustrating.

You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. You guys knew that the existing house-porch was 10 feet tall why wouldn't you flush that with your tent ( if you would have evaluated the venue then you probably would have prepared yourself for it). Thank God it didnt rain or the tent you guys put would have been there only for show. If you look at the picture , all the rain would have ran on our guests . The event started at 5:30pm by 8 there was no water . The light in the restroom did not work, it was installed inside and it was solar light (Do you charge those before or how do you know it will stay up all night). You also came unprepared and took/lost some pliers that my uncle let you borrow. You could have made this better but decided to give us bad customer service. Trust me man I am not someone that complains but it was my wedding , one in a life time event .

I reached out last minute, and Jessica was super accommodating and communicative. I loved that she was willing to help me with doing an option of 1.5 hours of combo services instead of 2. It was super easy to ask questions and make arrangements with her! Liz came early to setup, was super friendly and professional, and she was definitely a hit with all the kids (and parents with kids) who loved her artwork and balloon designs. I believe she told me she has 11+ years of experience with this job. They have menus of options for kids to choose from, but Liz was even able to accommodate special requests not on the menu like purple trucks and Hawaiian flowers etc. I even got some painting on myself! The setup was wonderful and you can tell they use high quality materials. Our kids mostly opted for painting on arms since they are very young and from firsthand experience, the paint washes off so easily, like a dream so parents don't have to worry about scrubbing and struggling to clean afterwards. I also loved that she puts beautiful glitter on top as well. I would definitely highly recommend their services for my friends' or my future parties!
