I waited and texted them about 20 minutes after the agreed start time of 4pm , no response. I called several times after with no reply. Hours later, around 7 PM, they finally got back to me, saying they had mixed up the time and address. They offered a $30 discount and an apology, but the damage was done. It's frustrating to think I could have made other arrangements . I wish they would have communicated earlier in the day or double-checked their details. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them based on this experience. Edit : the free one hour only during the week, does not compensate for your negligence. It was my son bday party. I called you multiple times and you failed to answer. There was no deposit, because you required no deposit. Again I wish could have hired someone else .
