I found cinemaesque after a bad experience with a "Handy" "Angi" installer that was unable to install two TV's leaving damaged drywall in his wake. We have a new construction ski home in North Conway that needed a TV installed on a floor to ceiling fireplace as well as on another wall that we wanted a flush look. Doug at Cinamaesque recommended to remove stone on the fireplace to make the TV look right. He was focused on making as "flush" of a look as possible.. I assumed it wasn't an option and it would be installed on top of the stone. Over the course of a week, Doug assured me he was comfortable with the job when I was nervous about removing newly installed stonework.. with the potential mess etc.. Doug was patient, gave me references and pictures of other similar jobs - all recommended Doug highly. We were on a tight timetable so when I gave Doug the go ahead, he was there within the week with 3 guys installing a 65" Samsung Frame and a 65" samsung 8K. Doug and Team used an abundance of caution while installing and removing stone.. drop cloths etc were everywhere. Doug even found a way to conceal the large 13"x3" samsung one connect box behind the tv's. (I wasn't aware of the one connect box when I purchased.. which added some complexity for Doug. He handled it unphased as a pro and figured out a creative solution. The finished product is amazing.. I can't believe how close he got the Tv's to the wall.. the Frame TV looks like a true piece of Art on the wall - not sticking out showing the TV mount.. Doug and his team left my home spotless.. cleaner than it had been before.. Doug even made sure the TV , Remote, Sonos were all programmed and synched the way they should.. I have a home music system that just stopped working. Literally for years I was trying to figure it out. After a few 'specialists' and friends wanting to help couldn't figure it out, I called Cinemaesque Home Theater and talked with Doug. The bracket we bought should have supported the weight and couldn't. I was having audio issues with my home theater surround sound system that I just couldn't figure out what was going on. I called and spoke with Doug who was really very nice and willing to help me out. He took a lot of time with me, just throwing ideas out, and finally suggested that I have the cable folks come over to see if their cable box was the issue. It turned out that the audio ports on the tv itself had deteriorated. He even called me back a few days later to see how I had made out and if he could help. Zero clearance sounbars are going to change home theatre, and oleds will also get you against the wall - when they come out soon! I got one of the first zero clearance soundbars ever made. I just had one of these put in my home in Gilford, NH. I purchased a 1.2 inch thick tv - an led. I looked everywhere for a sound bar that would be as thin as my tv. I found this company, and hired them to custom build me a sound bar. The soundbar, at least the part you see, is whatever size you want - and in my case, exactly as wide as my 65 inch led, and just 1.2 inches thick. When the new oled tvs come out this fall I am going to have Cinemaesque Home Theatre Company install one that is paper thin, or about .4 inches off the wall. The best part is that they use high quality speakers, so you do not give up quality. read more
