    Fancy reclining seats
    Cara R.

I know I already reviewed this theater years ago, but it has disappeared, so here we go again. Great theater,it's nicely decorated, and has never been crowded when I have gone. They have the nice electric recliner seats, and it's always appeared clean. If there's a rainy day on your vacation, take a break from the heat and catch a film!

The movie theatre was super clean and had the most amazing and comfortable seats. The reclining chair here was better than any other movie theatre. The amount of snacks were also unlimited!!! It was a little slow of a line. There were tons and tons of people there because of the rain but maybe only three workers at the concession stand.

Always clean and Pleasant theater speakers and surroundsound are awesome place to watch a movie

Great movie theater always clean. The surroundsound in there is awesome but definitely recommend.

It does not get much easier than this: we went online to purchase our tickets and chose our seats for the movie, "The Good Liar," at the Cinemark at Coastal Grand Mall. We arrived at 4:00 PM thinking we would miss all the previews as it said the movie would start at 4:00 PM. We were really annoyed to find out that we had to watch a half hour of previews before the movie started. We were not thrilled about that! We like to come to the movies here when we visit Myrtle Beach as we really like the reclining seats; they are so comfortable! This movie had a real twist at the end which we did not see coming. We enjoyed ourselves.

Went to go see a movie on 6/23 and it was the worst thing ever. They had nothing at all no drinks, candy and other things. The theater was also very dirty and the chairs did not work. Stay away

An older theater but in good condition. Did not have the reclining heated seats we are use to at other Cinemark locations.

Review Highlights - Cinemark at Myrtle Beach

The theatre that we were in was pretty small, but that's not a bad thing, there wasn't a bad seat in the house, literally.

This railway station has not been in public service since the 1950's I was told but the building still stands and on the nearby rails stand both a decommissioned box car and caboose. Neither of these is open for public exploration inside but the train depot building itself is. Inside the small facility are numerous photographs from across the stations history and a few related relics. There is a time capsule as well which was sealed in May of 2004 and is set to be opened in May of 2054. In the rear of the station which probably originally served as the waiting room area and some office space is a publicly accessible room but I did not go into it as there was a family function happening at the time. My guess is that they rent this room out and let people bring in catered fare. You can stand on the place where the platform used to let passengers on and off but mind your step and the same can be said for the tracks. The two cars can be posed in front of by I discourage climbing on them as all for the sake of your own safety. I was glad we chanced upon this since the photos will make for good blogging and Instagram material.

What a great hotel to hold a corporate meeting!f…read more Jill, Senior Sales Manager, was wonderful to work with. She was accommodating, responsive, and stayed involved throughout the entire process. I plan a lot of meetings, and one thing I have experienced many times is that the sales manager secures the contract and then hands you off to the person who works with you during the actual meeting. While we were fortunate to have David, Convention Sales Manager, as our primary contact, Jill continued to stay in touch and make sure everything was going smoothly. And David, he was exceptional from start to finish. If I needed something, I only had to text him. He was there every day making sure everything was going exactly as it should. If he was leaving for the day, he let me know ahead of time in case I needed anything, and I could still reach him by text if something came up. That level of accessibility and attention made a tremendous difference. Laericka kept me informed throughout the process regarding the room reservation list, and Meredyth handled so many changes that I couldn't possibly count them all. Every request was handled quickly, professionally, and without ever making me feel like I was asking for too much. That kind of service is invaluable when you're coordinating a meeting for 88 people. The Sheraton Myrtle Beach also has a wonderful employee recognition program called the Palmetto Pin. As the meeting coordinator, I was given a pin identifying me as the person coordinating the meeting. If something was needed, employees knew they could check with me first and that my request was authorized, and if I needed something, it was done, no questions asked. At the end of the meeting, the coordinator can pass the pin along to an employee who went above and beyond. I had a very difficult time choosing between two employees, and David graciously allowed me to award two pins. One went to Renee in Dining and the other to Anieta at the front desk. Anieta was incredibly kind when I checked in and patiently answered my dozens of questions. Renee, well, that woman talked me right back from the ledge during the meeting! She was calm, kind, reassuring, and somehow knew exactly what to say. Both Renee and Anieta were genuinely eager to help, and if they didn't have the answer or couldn't handle something themselves, they immediately found someone who could. They both went above and beyond and absolutely deserved that recognition. The meeting itself went off without a hitch. The meeting space was perfect, and, which is a rarity at a meeting venue, the air conditioning was quiet and set at exactly the right temperature, so it never interfered with the program. The Sheraton hosts its meetings at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and I also want to give a shout-out to their employees, who were incredibly helpful and worked with me when I needed to rearrange things more than once. Their flexibility and willingness to help made planning much easier. The food was very good, served hot, and came out quickly and efficiently. The AV team from Dobil--thank you, Darius and Jim--was fantastic. I had to make a last-minute change from one large screen to two large-screen televisions, and they handled it without missing a beat. Both were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly attentive. Darius even made sure there were fresh batteries in the microphones throughout both days of the meeting. As I mentioned, I plan these meetings regularly, and I honestly cannot remember the last time I received this level of service from an AV team. Darius and Jim made the entire process easy, and I never had to worry about whether things would be taken care of. For anyone planning a meeting in Myrtle Beach, don't overlook the Sheraton Myrtle Beach. From the sales and convention teams to the front desk, dining staff, convention center employees, and AV team, everyone went out of their way to make sure things were done right--and done well. Planning a meeting for 88 people comes with plenty of moving parts, but the Sheraton team made the process feel remarkably easy. Their professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. I highly recommend the Sheraton Myrtle Beach for meetings and events. They truly understand what exceptional service looks like.

Everything. The food, noise policies, booking procedures…read more.. We were booked on the 10th floor with people attending a family reunion. Unfortunately these people had no respect for other patrons in rooms on that floor. Teens of this group running up and down the halls yelling and some of the adults having loud conversations in the hall until 1:00 AM. Absolutely no consideration for other guest. That was the first night. We ordered room service for dinner. The mushroom ravioli was ok but the brisket was dry and tough like jerky. The second night the people in the room on the other side of the door in our room were very loud and obnoxious until 1:45 in the morning. So we didn't sleep well on either night we were there. Never again at Sheraton.
