My 5 year old contracted ring worm/ fungal infection after sitting through Zootopia. She being a small person and using the heated seats through the movie was infected. Within hours she complained of itching. The next morning her neck was causing pain and had a rash, starting from the back of the neck around to her ears. Her ears swelled up like an MMA fighter, to her neck and chin. Her eyes are swollen and has now spread across the face. Better purchase a blanket to throw across the chairs. A fun day for the first of the year has turned in to days of discomfort. I am very disappointed. The cleaning needs to improve! read more

They seem to be working on remodeling this location as some of the theaters have new, shiny leather seats and really clean screens and others are...a bit worse for wear; dingy, sticky floors, chairs that try to buck you out if you shift, filthy screens. And it's lucky of the draw about which you'll get. So, that's sort of not optimal. We went here tonight to see Wonder Woman and ended up calling to talk to a manager after because there were a lot of extremely loud, noisy patrons in the theater with us and it was so loud that it was difficult to hear over them during the quieter parts of the movie. I completely missed parts of what she was saying at the end because of it. The manager was very apologetic and told us that they had ejected several people from the viewing because of their poor behavour. They offered us comped passes for our next visit. The recliners are awesome but there's quite a few seat warmers that don't work anymore. Staff is friendly.

This is the closest cinema near us. It was clean and excellent customer service. I went to a 1st showing do that might be why it was slow. Nice snack Options but I have celiac so I didn't buy anything. Love that I can purchase and choose my seats online. Once we got there I noticed the seats declined and had Warmers. I've never seen that before, seat Warmers. In Colorado that's a plus. I will return. read more

We had tickets to a 9:30 am movie. We arrived at 9:17 and the doors were still locked. It was snowing and cold outside so waiting really wasn't enjoyable. We went and stood over by the side entrance under an overhang so we weren't getting snowed on. An employee finally came to unlock the doors at 9:28. He first unlocked a couple front doors towards our direction, then stopped and went the other way instated of just unlocking the door we were at. Once we got in, there was no one at the ticket booth. We saw someone go in so we waited behind two people to check in with our tickets purchased online, finally get up there to be told we didn't need to do anything, just go in. (Why even purchase tickets? We could have just walked right in) We went up to concessions to wait in line thinking our other person would be done at the ticket window soon. By the time it was our turn they weren't done so I said "she's still waiting for tickets since the doors didn't open until 9:28 even though we have a 9:30 movie. The lady Kelsey said very rudely "Well I apologize but we don't get here until 15 min before the movies start!" I replied that was just ridiculous and people in here could see we were all outside cold in the snow with a Child. Awful customer service! read more

Just went to see a movie at this theatre while my boyfriend works. Don't even live in this town. Unfortunately I couldn't see the movie because I had a back pack on. I didn't know of the policy because I bought my tickets online and the notice is on the ticket booth. Got popcorn and got my printed tickets (3 separate employees) and no one said anything about my bag UNTIL I was opening the door to the theatre. Some little boy came up and asked if I had a place to put my bag...still had no clue what he was talking about. Not until I got mad did explain the new bag policy. I went up to the front and asked for a manager...after some laughing and radioing back and forth a scrawny little boy came out to the lobby and stoop in his "I'm boss" stance and said told me I couldn't bring in my bag. After trying to explain my situation and asking if I'm supposed to just leave my keys, wallet, glasses, tickets and stuff I had just bought in the car and he said yes. Couldn't get a refund because I purchased in Fandango, couldn't get a refund on Fandango because now it was too late. Went to my car and found a grocery bag...put all my necessary stuff in and went back in. I was still not allowed in after asking a stupid little boy if my bag would work. Again "trying to look tough" manager came back out with a little girl this time and refused to let me in. Stood with arms behind back in front of entrance so I couldn't get passed. My new bag was 1/2 the size of all the purses that walked past me while standing there defending myself. I have never been treated like that. I can't believe Cinemark hires such ignorant individuals for management. I understand the safety policy and I know why it was put in place...but you don't have to be so nasty. I have never really been a fan of these theaters but in greeley you have a choice of this theater or the old falling apart one down the street so this does it. sound: sound is good and crisp however when they built this they went cheap on hardware so its not as good as the higher class theaters screens: they keep them in good shape no rips or tears and easy to see. seating: I hate the seats they are uncomfortable and the arm rests do not fold up which pisses me off. CONS: having 3D only movies. at first I was ok with 3d being shown they had 3d showing and non 3d Showings. now they have movies out that are 3D only. I dont think i will be going here anymore cause of it and will just go to loveland metrolux from no won. read more

This theater is really coming along. The chairs are super comfy and the movies are great. They need more icecream options, but thats just my personal opinion. And beer. That would rock. Otherwise the theater is so much more fun than when i first went there. We no longer feel the need to go to Loveland. LOVE it! read more

I come too see movies a couple times a month and this theater is always clean. I have always found the staff very nice and attentive. There are other theaters near me, the staff is not as nice and the other theater is dirty. This theater also keeps the popcorn fresh, it never tastes old!! read more

I have been a Club member for almost 2 months, I have never had anything problems here. I love the new seats, I can actually sit for a 2 hour movie with no leg cramps. It's clean, everyone is always very nice and helpful. read more

terrible experience, bought tickets and several things from the concession ( you know how expensive everything is) just to be told at the stand that the two 11 year olds with us have to have ID's and refused to let them in even though they were with a legal guardian. we spent $30 on popcorn and drinks for a movie we couldn't see and it didn't help the employees were rude. read more

By far I think one of the RUDEST experiences I've ever had at a movie theater, a FAMILY MOVE THEATER and it was my first time there and wow- i'm absolutely insulted by how this went . I went to go on a date, and i'm 16 and he's 17, and we had MY mother ( who's obviously above 18 ) use her card to buy us the tickets ONLINE, I.E. approval to go watch a rated R movie ( in this case Zombieland; Doubletap ) in which case they asked for our IDs, no biggie i get it, you gotta do your job, that's until she said either way we can't go in UNLESS WE HAVE SOMEONE WHOS 18 WITH US, cool got it, BUT my mother bought the tickets which clearly is giving approval to go in and watch it, in which case I had my parent come in and show ID, I.E. MORE APPROVAL TO WATCH THE MOVIE ALONE , but that wasn't enough, by parent HAD to buy ANOTHER ticket for us to watch the movie, he couldn't show ID and it be over and done and we go in, no, we had to spend more money for a movie they weren't interested in watching, in which case we bought the ticket, went in, we sat down, got settled in and was in the middle of watching the beginning of the movie when MANAGEMENT comes in, and walks allllllll the way to the back for us, and very openly asks " where is your adult ? " at that point i was already very done with this very unprofessional movie theater, i was trying to contain what little nice i had left, and said they probably went to the bathroom when she stated " we watched him leave the building " i couldn't even text my parent to come back cause she told me " i can't text during the movie " AND we couldn't even sit in there while i went out and made a phone call - I'm very displeased and wasted all my money to be treated like we were some delinquents who snuck in, I WAS ON A DATE . I can 100% say i'm never spending a DIME here, AND i'm gonna recommend that no one come here if you're looking to be treated unfairly and to be harassed about your age or how you look , be expecting the word be spread about how horrible this was and how unhappy this made me . read more

I am happy to report that the tympanum-breaking volume has been turned down enough that I hardly have to use ear plugs. I often take one out for short periods of time. In addition, the pre-movie material seems to have been shortened; it doesn't take as long. I had thought the time they used to give for the beginning of the movie was for the time when the pre-movie material started. Whether that memory is right or not, movies did start at the posted time the last few times I was there. read more

I would like to rate the Cinemark into the negative.... I've tried to give this theater a break but enough is enough. The theater is always so filthy with sticky floors. This past weekend we decided since this theater was closer to stay in town to view the movie instead of traveling to the MetroLux in Loveland. We checked the times on the internet for both places. Greeley was at a later time but no big deal. We show up to the mall early and decided to waste some time just wondering around the mall. Then we head towards the theater for our show and...... it's not playing there anymore!!!!! If we knew that we would have gone to Loveland earlier!!!! UGH!!!! I will from now on always go to Loveland. I would highly recommend anyone else wanting a much better experience to travel somewhere else also. read more

My family and I tried to go see a movie last Saturday and the theater has the software system that allows people to pick your own seat. Why in the world would you implement that structure? It leaves random seats that the theater can't fill. We couldn't get seats together so we left and will not be back. I don't think the "customer picks their own seat" system is a wise business model for the theater. Your losing money, as people are leaving even with about 10-20 open seats!! This movie theater used to be one of my FAVOURITE places to go as a child to see movies. I used to enjoy going to see Pixar and Disney movies with my mother when she was alive. I would always prefer going to this movie theater instead of the Carmike because they always had more selection and better family service. The prices were acceptable for tickets and popcorn. The staff was kind and friendly. This is a place where I wanted to spend my money whenever I wanted to go see a movie. That was 10 years ago. Unfortunately, like anything good, it has deteriorated to s***. No longer is the environment of eccentric and kind workers there. The workers are just there to get their paychecks now. The workers could give a hoot less about the quality of my cinema experience. The quality of food has declined to the point that it is not considered food anymore but instead just the main source of revenue for this inflated movie theater. $50 just for 2 people to go see a movie, are you kidding me?! I can't even get into a rated R movie without official documentation even though I'm 19 years of age (apparently a work or college ID isn't good enough for them). I understand the extra security precautions but, it makes me feel as though I am being watched for every single movement that I make. Do yourself a favor and wait for the Blu-ray/DVD release of a movie to hit stores and digital streaming services instead of going to this mediocre attempt of a movie theater. The money in this case is just not worth it for this level of customer service, infatuated security, inflated prices and discrimination. read more

The movie theatre is older and needs to be updated. Definitely feel like there could be more staff working ticket sales. The snacks are quite expensive which is expected. Clean over all and nice movie selection. read more
