Just wanted to leave a review about my experience here this past Thursday. Big shout out to the manager (maybe she wasnt the manager but definitely should be) that was working that night. Long story short, I booked tickets for the wrong theater but i didn't realize it as my dumbass was trying to redeem them at the kiosk. Anyway, I noticed her (Polynesian maybe Spanish, really not sure) and asked for some help. She showed me how to refund the tickets through my email but as I went through the process I wasn't able complete the refund. I think it was due to the movie having already started. At this point I was getting a little frustrated. We were a group of eight and we had already missed the previews. I was literally going to purchase another $170 worth of tickets and figure out the refund later. She stepped in and made a decision that literally made everything better instantly! movie was fine. theater was clean. However, some wannabe red neck with a mullet was very rude to my student and my coworker. accused them of cutting in line which wasn't true one bit. He then told my student to shut up and leave when he simply asked for a popcorn refill. This is unacceptable beyond belief and as someone who used to work at cinemark, I'm disappointed you're keeping this jackass as a staff. next.. read more

I this is our go to places close, making it very convenient, but the luxury seating makes it very comfortable to watch a movie even a long one. read more

We preordered our tickets and popcorn a week in advance and one of the options online was the Wolverine popcorn bucket. When we got to the movies we were hyped cause we were going to get one cause it was already paid for. But no, they brought us a paper bag of popcorn. I am mad cause if you had it online for customers you should have put those aside. Especially since we ordered ours a week before the movie was out. Don't offer it online if you can't fulfill the order. I'm never coming back to cinemark the service was a joke. I would rather drive out of my way to a megaplex than come bac. read more

Came here to watch Endgame. I really enjoyed the lazy lounger chairs, but sometimes they got noisy when other people used them during more quiet parts of the film. Maybe I was sitting too close, the volume levels could have been adjusted a bit higher to maximize the epic movie experience. However, there are a lot of positives at this Cinemark too. Great prices, and the customer service people are very polite. Theaters themselves are clean, and the screens are very clear. We splurged a little bit and got a Coca-Cola. Great soda/carbonation ratio, and the employees didn't try to dilute it with a bunch of ice. read more

In American Fork, we have a dollar theater everyone calls "Sticky Shoes" (I haven no idea what the real name of it is, and we've lived in the area over a decade) because the floor is sticky from spilled food and beverage. Feels like you're walking on the back side of a Post-It note. The Spanish Fork Cinemark shall be referred to as "Sticky Arms" because of the stickiness of the concession counters. There were at least 8 people working concession on a light Monday night (there were about 15 people in the lobby at one time between 7:15 - 8pm). With all those workers (who were all nice and doing their best!) and minimal customers, I would expect the counters to be free of stickiness (of course there's the occasional piece of popcorn). I put my arm on the counter to hear the employee and got my suede shirt stuck in soda goo (it had been there a while because it was tacky). I asked for a towel that's not paper to clean it off (the paper would just rub off into tiny bits), which took several minutes and a conversation with a bunch of workers (including a couple manager types) to figure out what to do. When the employee finally came back from behind closed doors, she handed me a dry washcloth - but hey, it was clean, so I nicely asked if she could get it wet for me. Beyond concessions was a disappointing theater (4) viewing experience. It's not theater seating... all the reclining chairs (which don't go back far enough) are on the floor. We had to stretch our necks upward for our 3+ hour movie (Avengers End Game) instead of comfortably look forward. We won't come back to this theater unless they change the viewing experience. read more

This theatre should really have ZERO STARS! Went to see a movie that just came out, and we bought our tickets on the theatre's website. Somehow, the tickets were double booked! We tried to find additional seating, but the theatre was sold out! They did give us a refund, but only after we complained heavily for it. I don't plan to ever go back to his theatre - it was horrible. Don't go here! read more

For a new major chain theater, it's shocking that they do not have stadium seating. Might be a dealbreaker for a lot of people. The seats aren't terrible but definitely not as comfortable as other Cinemark theaters. Sound and picture were good but it seems like it's hard to sit through a long film with the weird high viewing angle of the screen. Who designed this setup? Food is pretty much what you expect but the staff were friendly and they do have kettle corn as another popcorn option. read more

Love coming to this theater. The prices for the tickets and the prices of the popcorn and candy are not as expensive as other competitors. The staff here is also very nice and restrooms are always look clean. I would definitely come back to watch avatar in December. Thank you staff at the Spanish Fork. read more

Love this clean new theater! Their chairs are very comfy, they have kettle corn popcorn, the aisles are wide, so there is no awkwardness when you need to slip in/out, they have the fun XD experience, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the recliners are set on the floor instead of the stadium seating, that we've come to know and love. Hopefully one day, they will consider incorporating that, but for now it's still great and we love visiting for the occasional family outing or date night. read more

It's nice to have a new and clean theater in southern Utah County. I'm not sure what to say other than this is a newer theater that isn't run down or a complete sticky mess. Like any other theater the tickets are priced about average. You can order online before hand and choose your seats. Concessions are also about average with a small popcorn running $6. One theater pretty much follows the same pricing as others. The pop comes in fountain cups and in cans in the coolers as you enter the cash register area. The seats are recling which is good but the chairs don't fully recline so longer movies can be a bit uneasy on the neck, especially if you sit near the screen. The theaters are clean so you don't have to worry about sticking to the floor. Ample parking so you don't have to stress about it getting too full. read more

It's a shame to have to write this review because I used to love his place. But today's experience has sealed the deal and I'll never be coming back. I bought four tickets to a movie in the handicapped row. Before the movie started the managers came in and started to give me crap about the fact that two of the tickets I bought were wheelchair seats and I had to move. Through a lot of back and forth they basically kicked us out of the movie. They refunded my tickets and concessions but they were not understanding or apologetic at all. If their stupid website gives me the seats what right so you have to kick me out? Seriously never going back. It was beyond crap. If zero stars were possible that's what this place would get. read more

I love this place on Tuesday's. $5 XD movies. I'll look for the movie release on Monday night the week before because Tuesdays the seats are gone by the day of the movie showing. Every seat is a leather seat electric recliner. Super convenient digital display to pick exact seats and pay. read more

I am glad that Spanish Fork has this stylish new theater. I've been a casual movie theater goer for the past decade, only 2-3 times a year. I now find myself going 2-3 times a month. There's a few reasons for the increase in visits: The theater is close to home. I love being able to buy my tix online/app AND pick my seats beforehand. No guesswork about where to find a seat. The concession stand is amazing. What a selection! Besides the usual staples, there's ice cream, pizza, even Starbucks coffee! I love luxury loungers! So relaxing. Also, I admire the theater for trying to 'go green '. Instead of throwing away all trash into one can, Cinemark SF has separated bins and a sink for disposal. I recently joined their movie club because I intend on going frequently to this terrific place. read more

I rarely write a review, but my son and I came in While i had a broken leg and on crutches. I was treated so well by three ladies that were working I felt the need to tell people. I had help with getting seats and two of the staff members took my concessions to my seat for me and were very sweet to my son. We love this theater! We have the rewards program with great perks & have a great experience each time we take our family to a movie! We even go by sometimes just to get popcorn & a shake to enjoy at home if there isn't a movie playing we want to go see. The picture quality & sound of the XD theater is incredible & we super appreciate the lounge chairs- we're able to book tickets online for free with our rewards & even take our 3 year old to appropriate movies without having to find a sitter because it's so comfy. Staff is always very friendly & we never have to wait long! Coming from a smaller town- we're thrilled to have such a nice theater so close to our new home! read more

I just had a far below-average experience at this theater. Though it was clean, and the movie was great, the reclining chairs in the theater were so noisy. Every time anybody adjusted their recliner, a disruptive noise akin to farting rang through the entire theater. Don't come here if you're looking for a non-disruptive, enjoyable movie experience. read more

I love the seats. I love getting the mixed popcorn. Regular popcorn mixed with kettle corn is the best. I use the app to purchase tickets and it's made getting tickets a breeze. Going to the movies is super easy. The staff has always been super friendly as well. read more

The theater is clean and nice, but there is no stadium seating. The floor is completely flat making you look up no matter where you sit. That is a deal breaker and I will not be returning because of it. read more

Giant screens (good thing unless you are unfortunate enough to have to sit in the 1st 3 rows then you are WAY to close, kinda like standing 6 inches from your TV to watch a show), power recliners (they could be a little more comfy), great sound (No complaints there), little pricey on the drinks and popcorn and other stuff. Not an awesome theater in all aspects, but better than most others. read more
