Where to begin? Half the machines were not working (wouldn't activate when we swiped our cards). Then, the pizza was mediocre, but serviceable. Bowling, (which you can't use cash for, apparently) was priced in the most confusing manner. Instead of putting costs together into one total, they spread them out on the board (either to deceive you into paying more or just from pure incompetence) ​so it seemed like it cost about 20 DOLLARS less than it did. They don't mention until you're checking out that bowling shoes are required and their rental costs far too much. They also assumed that my friend (who isn't white) was stealing when he was putting an item on the shelf, threatening him with a 90-day ban. Everything required some card you had to "charge" with money or a wristband for access to an activity. The selection of games was decent, but with how many were inaccessible it didn't really matter. Workers didn't really attempt to help me understand the confusing bowling pricing. A wonderful day was ruined when I came here. Save your time and find a better place to go. read more

They ask you for your phone number to put your loyalty points in for purchasing tickets and refreshments. Watch out, they put someone else phone number in to earn credit for them. There was a Hispanic manager that ask me for my phone number and the email that came up was a Jennifer something email. The other time he ask to scan my card, but I didn't get credit for the family movie we went to watch it was 5 movie tickets. I don't know how many countless of people he did it to. This is a very interesting place. I was told it was like Dave and Busters but for kids and that is pretty accurate. This place has a movie theater, bowling alley, bar, escape rooms and arcade all in one spot. Food is counter service then you find an open table amongst the crowd of people already there. They do have many areas to sit so that shouldn't be a problem unless it's a packed house! My son and I just played some games in the arcade. You purchase a card and select the amount and swipe it at each game you play. "Tickets" are added if you win in carnival games and you can redeem them for prizes. This is a fun spot but it seems like it is the place to be for the teen crowds that seem to wander in groups. Many of the kids I saw were not playing games but just hanging out which is a very typical thing to do. Try this spot if you're in the area but try to go during less busy times. read more

Fun place with a unique bowling experience, lazer tag, arcade, movies, full bar, plenty of generic food items, and lots of friendly staff manning everything to help accommodate your entire group. Good way to be able to pass the time indoors, but a bit pricey and the food would easily be worth it if they had the proper staff to make flavorful dishes to match the prices instead of the standard choices easily prepped by untalented chefs. As long as you aren't picky about your alcohol choices or food, you can easily enjoy this facility with all the fun activities and jump from one thing to another to fill out your time there. read more

I don't like writing negative reviews, but sometimes these businesses go out of their way to earn it. Heres the story.... We purchased tickets online to see the new Dune movie at 2:10pm. Received purchase receipt by email. Go to the facility, get in line at the ticketing kiosk, get to the scanner and scanned my emailed bar code. The ticket agent kid printed the tickets and said your movie doesn't start till 5pm. I checked my email receipt and said 'no, it starts in a few minutes at 2:10pm. He handed me the tickets and said "Kung Fu Panda starts at 5pm". I said I did not buy Kung Fu panda, I bought Dune tickets. He said no you bought Kung Fu panda. I showed him my phone which was for Dune at 2:10pm. He was stumped and had no solutions, kept trying to force me to take the Kung Fu tickets. I said i'm not taking the tickets, it's not what I bought, get me the correct tickets. He would not try to scan it again or issue me the right tickets. By now the line was getting long behind us of other people. He told me to go back to concessions and get them to fix it. So I left the front of the line and went to concessions and got in the back of that line. Finally got to the front of that line to a cashier and told him the story and gave him the Kung Fu panda tickets and showed him the Dune receipt on my phone. He asked why the kid at the ticket kiosk couldn't fix it. I dunno, he sent me to you. So he printed me two tickets and we went back and got back in line AGAIN. It was some kind of technical issue that caused the scanner to generate the wrong tickets. So a couple days later I got on the Cinergy website for Amarillo and generated a form email to ask them to contact me. That email is character limited so theres no way to explain the event in a short message. So far it's been a couple weeks and no one has contacted me. So here's a 1 star to reward you for the nonsense and refusal to contact me about this. read more

My first impression upon entering was "Dang, it is way too loud in here." The music is so loud and in addition to the crowd noise you can't really hear each other without having to raise your voice. It's definitely for a specific market segment. Everything is priced high. They have a bar with TVs; however it has no partition to allow you to hear the football game. Drinks are, well, would you stay for an entire game if you pay 6 dollars for a 6oz draft and can't hear anything over the music? As for movies. The screens and seats are nice, but the arm rest table is awkwardly positioned far forward and you still have to share the arm rest. read more

Overall; Pros: -Great selection of food, activities , and the movie theaters and seats are fantastic because of heated recliner seats, assigned seating, and food delivery to seats. -The staff is very nice. The best movie theatre in town. Very comfortable seats, that almost lay all the way down & are heated. The only thing that would make it better is if they were massage chairs. The only theatre in town where you can order food & cocktails delivered to your chair in the movie. The food is good, but the cocktails are even better. read more

I was excited to hear that this place has finally opened after hearing about it since I moved here. I went to check it out with some friends and I didn't expect it to be as big as it was. They have bowling, laser tag, movies, escape room and other games inside. It wasn't a surprise to see that it was super busy when we went in on a Sunday because I've heard that it's usually always packed anyway. Although we wanted to try everything, we only went bowling that day. It was $30 for a lane and then each person has to buy shoes and socks. We had a waitress come by twice in the hour that we were there to get our orders for drinks and food. One of the downsides was that the food and drinks were wayy over priced and we didn't experience the bar area but I expect it to be overpriced as well. The employees were friendly but some seemed to not know what was going on. I would come back to try the escape room or to watch a movie. It is a new, clean place definitely worth checking out but I would go eat elsewhere after! read more

This was my 1st time doing an Escape Room, and it was a lot of fun! Cinergy has 4 different rooms to choose from and we did the Zombie room. My wife, my daughter and her friend all had a great time. There has always been a good amount of activities for families with kids, however couples and single adults don't have many options in town for fun activities. Their Baja Fish Tacos are better than most in town and the Ultimate Sliders, though hamburger meat, have good flavor and were moist. The Pig Out Burger is also good and could be shared. If you order the Catching Fire Cheeseburger, it's got quite a bit of kick, but tasty nonetheless. read more

The alcoholic drinks, however, are definitely watered down and pricey. I would stay clear of the bar. I realize that this is a family environment, but there really are a lot of rowdy, loud, unsupervised kids there. All in all, it's definitely worth a visit. read more

Went to this theater for the nice experience of having dinner while enjoying the movie. Only problem was the food we ordered and paid for never arrived. After the movie we had to go through the pain of being directed to a manager to seek a refund, then he in turn having to decide if we were lying. Quite a hassle, and weren't offered any recompense other than the proverbial "our bad." read more

Went for Dinner and a movie for Valentine's day with my husband and this was our first time. Man were we sorely disappointed! First off, it is NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY!!!!!!! The layout of the entire building is poorly designed! With me having to use just a cane, the only entrance is at the far end of one side of the building and then I had to walk literally to the opposite end and corner just to see the the movie! When John asked if they had a wheel chair, we were told no. The layout of the the theater did not match what was posted online. So, for dinner, my husband got the fish tacos and said they were pretty good. I got fish and chips and we did the pretzel dog bites as the app. Both meals and the app. totaled $46 bucks! I suggest if you go, eat first! It really was a let down! I know it's geared towards a younger crowd, but my kids would have enjoyed it, but now that it's not HANDICAP FRIENDLY, won't be going back! BTW, I didn't see any HANDICAP Accessible doors either! Isn't that illegal?? read more

No stars would be to much for my recent trip to Cinergy Amarillo. The food was overpriced, service is bad and the seats are limited. The draft beer was $9.00, The only option when you ask for water is a $5 bottle of water. If you just want a cup of water, they do not offer that. The food was was cold and resembled elementary school cafeteria style burgers. Seat options are very limited. Do not sit in the bar area after their cut-off time. They will ask anyone under the age of 21 to leave this so called family establishment, including your children. The wait staff spooks easily and the manager is quick to advise you have been cutoff after ordering only one beer while the rest your party of 10 is dying of dehydration. Also, the staff will not understand why you may not want to give them a credit or debit card prior to ordering. It will take some time, but be sure to get your receipt. We will not be back. read more
