I would give it 10 stars if I could. Cypress you are so lucky to have this little gem in your backyard. We have been wanting to try it place but it has been closed when we were in the area. Last night we finally made it. It is such a cute place and everything we bought was great. We were able to get fresh out of oven cinnamon rolls and a generous amount of toppings. The owner was working that night and we had a wonderful conversation with him and he shared a lot of info and also said he had a second location, I believe in the Bellaire area. Y'all , please go by and try this little dessert place and show this business some support. This is the kinda place Yelpers can really spread the word about and help him build his business.

I found this place on Yelp and decided to visit. It located out towards the Cypress outlet mall. They is a huge variety of cinnamon rolls to choose from. I order my cinnamon roll and it was prepared while you wait. Of course it was delicious and they will be highly recommended by myself. I will be visiting frequently.

We ordered a half dozen of the Old Skool rolls. I will say, they are very tasty, but not incredible. Definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of cinnamon rolls. The girl that waited on us seemed like she was very unhappy as well. She had a sour look on her face the entire time and barely spoke other than the occasional sigh.

I am definitely a "cinnaholic"! Being a fan of Shark Tank led me to try this place many moons ago, and so thankful we have a location here in Cypress. I have not stepped outside the box and tried any other flavor outside of the "original" - cream cheese topping but they look amazing! They also have cookies, coffee and soft sorbet- if you want to indulge! Bonus tip: vegan friendly

I stopped by today to try different cinnamon rolls, when I arrived I let the person upfront know that I had an order to pickup under my name. She brought someone else out and they stated I arrived early which I knew and she mentioned they could begin the order then. I thanked her and waited for the order to be ready. After some time she brought me my order and I realized they made someone else's order not mine. I explained this to her and she seemed bothered although neither person confirmed my order when I arrived they only took my name. She stated that they just received my order and would begin making it. I waited a little bit further and was given my order. I would suggest for the team to begin confirming the order while confirming the name to prevent this in the future. Old Skool- 10/10 it is delicious, it is impossible to tell that it is vegan. It comes with a lot of icing for all the icing lovers. Pumpkin Spice- 5/10 this is was disappointing although I was the most excited for this one. It is topped with their pumpkin bread and it looks amazing, but the bread was hard and not very flavorful. There weren't any cinnadoodle cookie bits like to showed online, which may have made it taste better, but I'm not sure. They add cinnamon sugar to this roll and I really enjoyed the extra cinnamon. It added a lot of flavor and made it seem like I was eating the center of the cinnamon roll the whole time! Cookie Monster- 8/10 wow I can see why this is a top seller, the cookie dough and chocolate chips add an extra layer of flavor to the roll. It was a bit too sweet for me, but it was delicious! I was skeptical of this roll and I am so glad I took the plunge and tried it because it was worth it.

Brand new cinnamon roll spot that's customizable. They also do edible cookie dough here. Or you can add cookie dough on top of your cinnamon roll! Dole whip ($4) - not like dole whip @ Disney parks. It was much icier here and expensive for the amount you get! Dole whip at the Disney parks is creamy and delicious! I definitely felt gypped! The picture on the menu vs what I got was vastly different. Cinnamon rolls ($4.75 base, 25 cent for icing, 50 cent for toppings) - they came out fresh and hot! The almond & cream cheese icing were both very tasty. Fruits we got were fresh. I recommend making sure before you leave that they give you all your toppings. Because even though they write it on top of your box so whoever makes it puts it all on, it was still missing from mine. So no real quality control. Shark tank needs to do better training their employees.

DELICIOUS!!! Pricey, but worth it once in a while. If I am not mistaken, I bougth some of the cinnamon rolls a few years ago from a woman who was a Cottage Cook. I told her she needed a brick and mortar place. Now, they are all over thanks to her baking talent and the show SHARK TANK. The stores are really quaint and so cute. One is being built in Round Rock so I get to take youngest Grandson (13) soon. If you haven't tried the Rolls you are missing a great treat!

What an amazing treat!!! So my bestie and I checked this out for the first time and are sitting here in dessert bliss! Of course the atmosphere is clean, friendly and inviting, but the cinnamon rolls SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. Let me honest, I'm actually writing this review while having an out of body experience because the way these soft brownie bites accompany these pecans, icing and chocolate/caramel drizzle has me flying high while watching myself savor every freaking bite! We had the caramel apple pie and the Easter nest. Oh yeah and the coffee was decent too! And now I shall drift into nirvana...

I love Cinnaholic and when I saw that this location in Cypress was opening today I was so excited. Granted it was the grand opening I was expecting a wait but I was disappointed after waiting an hour in line plus another 20 minutes once I ordered only to get back to work and see my order was thrown together. I order a total of 8 rolls. 2 of them pumpkin spice rolls and one of those came with no toppings, just icing. The other rolls in my order were inconsistent in size and the icing was pretty much on the side of the box instead of actually on the roll. The Pearland location set the bar. I'm hoping that the Cypress can match them in the future. I know this was grand opening but rushed service is never good service. read more

The cinnamon rolls are amazing. Ima huge Cinnabon lover and was skeptical as these don't look like your well know cinnamon rolls! Delicious all the way through Ans so many customizations. I do want to say I did not care for the cream brûlée frosting. It does not taste like crime brûlée at all but over processed sugar. I would stay away from this one. read more

Decided to try this place out after seeing an ad on instagram, and gotta say I absolutely loved their cinnamon rolls!! Definitely recommend this place to fill your sweet tooth. What's even better is they have so many different options to add on to the cinnamon roll to give it a better taste! Definitely will be coming back. Buyer Beware! I visited Cinnaholic in early October and had an amazing cinnamon cookie. My second visit was horrible. I went to the shop on Saturday, Nov 6 and purchased two cinnamon cookies. Later that evening, my friend and I took a bite of the cookies and spit it out. Stale, bitter and very disappointing. It was then we both noticed the packages had stickers with dates. October 30 and October 31. I had paid premium price for week old cookies. Never again. If you purchase a prepackaged item from this location, check the date on the packaging. For what I paid for two cookies horrible cookies, I could have bought a dozen FRESH cookies at HEB! read more

This place is ridiculous...and by that I mean ridiculously GOOD! Moved to state a month ago and happened upon this little slice of heaven. Walking in your immediately welcomed by the smell of hot fresh cinnamon rolls. You can never go wrong with the traditional but why not take it up a level. My husband got the monster cookie, my daughter got cake batter icing and cookie pieces, and I got maple icing and snickerdoodle pieces. All I can say is WOW! Hard to describe my thoughts without a diagram lol, but while other lesser cinnamon rolls (crs) may be a layer bigger. Cinnaholic's is like if you made the best part of a cr its center the entire roll. I prefer 4 layers of cinnaholic's perfect cr consistency vs. a cr with 3 layers of dry roll with only 2 layers of moist center. My favorite is the non-frosted regular roll. The base roll is so perfect as is that you dont need frosting to make up for a disappointing outer layer read more

I wish there was a way to leave Zero stars. DON'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU OPEN AT 10 if your not going to open until 12. I called a few days ahead to find out what time you were going to open on a Sunday because I was wanting to bring my family here to try this place out. We drove almost 40 min to get to your location only to find out you can't even open on time. What a way to start a day with your family. We will NEVER be back. That's a great way to loose business. We found a Shlotskies Deli a few minutes away and guess what. Their employees know how to get to work on time and they also have phenomenal cinnamon rolls for half the price. read more

went to the cypress location and let me just say if i could give zero stars I would!!! my whole experience was horrible, when u first walked into the store i noticed there were only two workers and one customer. i am going to assume the man that was there is a manager of some sorts based on his weird attitude towards the other worker, this already threw me off. then i had to wait forever to be attended to and let me just say the worker who took my order made me not even want to buy anything, the weird attitude was ridiculous and they kept on looking at me as if i was stupid just because i asked if the frosting was cream cheese. now lets get into the actual food, all i can say is DISGUSTING!!!! the cinnamon roll looked nothing like what was advertised and the cinnamon roll itself tasted as if it had been sitting out for days, and i don't know if it was the frosting or the toppings but something tasted expired, i tried to force myself to eat it but now i feel sick. Mine was the reg Cheeseburger, no lettuce, no tomato, add onions and pickles. Side of "fries". I usually customize at a fast food place to ensure a fresh made delivery, but again, for the first venture into the unknown, I adjust for the lowest common denominator. Failing to get this right is like trying to tie your shoe with both hands tied behind your back. In the dark. Darkness fell. Our lane had 2 cars in front of us. No problem correct? Problem. We waited. And as we waited for the 2 vehicles in front of us to get their food. No less than 5...yes...5 cars that came in the lane adjacent to us had come in AFTER us...gotten their food...and left BEFORE we even got to the window to pay. I was now weary. 1 vehicle was handed 4 bags of food. I get it. You ordered for a crew. Have them pull out of the lane and spot them while continuing to carry on with additional orders. Not sure if this is policy, or inexperience in industry methods. Anyway... Fortunately, Abraham greeted us at the window. A delightful young man. He greeted both me and my wife with a huge smile courtesy and even called my wife "ma'am". His parents dun good. Spotting the doggy cookies in a jar, I inquired if I may take one home for my monster king shepherd. He didn't blink an eye and grabbed one for the pup and even took time to ask questions about her. Great young man and great service, Abraham. Get a raise already. The food. Well...this is the interesting part...I don't have much to write. My wife and I actually discussed it...and for the first time...we were blank. It was just...an hamburger...from a fast food restaurant. Obviously not a "fresh cooked patty" as the experience cook can spot the dry marks of a cracked piece of ground that has been sitting there...I got plenty of pickles...about ¼ teaspoon of this "special sauce" and literally counted...4 yes...4 little squares of diced onion. I literally made my wife count them to confirm 4 little squares. No problem. With my knife skills I chopped up some at home to add on after the initial taste. Generic Sysco bun. That's literally it. It was just an fast food cheeseburger. Beats the snot out of Micky Dee's and Burger Kang, but falls short of Wendy's. My wife noted if she were caught short and just needed something for the kids...she would stop here after grocery shopping. But not a making a special trip saying "Damn...I'm CRAVING P Terry's". It was just an fast food burger. Couldn't taste the "special sauce" (mayo, ketchup, pickle juice/vinegar, salt) at all. Fries. Don't bother. They are flaccid par-cooked potato sticks with no browning or salt. 80% went in the bin. Sadly...this DID fall WAY short of Micky Dee's. Back to back taste test of the "Pterry's ketchup"...90% sure it is repackaged Heinz. Which is not a bad thing as Heinz is the superior ketchup to all ketchup. We both agreed Wendy's has a better burger and DEFINITELY better fries. But for $11 it is priced well. Just hope this location does not fold. The building is made out of solid concrete, thus the year long build and uglier than sin. Also if you have a big truck. Take the outside line or you will be hopping the curb. Someone didn't measure. Welp. I take back paragraph 6 in hindsight. I did have a lot to say...without really saying anything. This review is like that person you talk to next to the hotel bar on a business trip. You can do it for hours...and not remember a damn thing they said. Wait...did I just simile and metaphor at the same time? TLDR time kids!!! Location? It is close. It is an eye sore. And it is built like a concrete s**thouse. Meh. Staff? Amazing. Abraham, Looking at you my friend. Well done young man. Food? Utterly forgettable. At least it was reasonably priced to ingest calories when I do not feel like cooking...THERE!!! I found what I was trying to say!!! --- That only took 755ish words...Come on post Gen X-er's...learn to write. What...I don't remember a damn thing we just talked about. See what I mean? Rock solid 2 stars.

They were super sweet about the mixup and gave me a gift card to come back - great customer service! The toast itself was worth ordering. I really enjoyed the balsamic glaze.
