Speak up to ask where your order is if they don't after 5 minutes. This just happened to me. I ordered a club and they gave me a hoagie. I waited for 20 minutes for my food unnecessarily, kept searching for it in the order area with no success... and I stayed by the order pickup area the entire time. I was trying to be patient because it was lunchtime, until I saw someone who placed their order way after me be served in front of me, twice. Then, I finally got the courage to ask where my order was and they pulled it from the back of the area without a word. And it was the wrong order... they made me a hoagie not a club. Just bad service. Of course, I didn't say anything because retail and service workers go through enough and I think this is a management issue, but this Wawa needs to do better. Not only did they not comp the air even though I purchased a full tank of gas, but they were appallingly inconsiderate and rude and told me that I could figure out the air machine by myself. The first attendant basically said "don't talk to me" and I had to go through multiple others to get a simple address. They offered zero help and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I know no one reads yelp reviews about gas stations but hopefully this dissuades you from giving these incredibly mean people your business.

However, once I did get into the lot and after I found a parking spot, I ran inside to use the facilities. Not unlike most Wawa locations, the facilities here ware cramped. One toilet, one urinal, not the roomiest set up, but if you need to go, you need to go. Once out of the facilities I ran to get a beverage and something small to snack on so that I could be on my way. Getting through the checkout line was easy. Once outside I stretched my legs a bit before I was on my way again towards my final destination. That is after I fought my way through the parking lot and back out on the road.
