Can I just tell you how much I love Loringer BP in Delanco? I took my car in for an oil change today and they also filled up the tires, which were low. Didn't say a word to me about it, just did it. And made sure I knew that my brakes were low in the back and they needed to be done soon but not urgently, which allowed me to schedule that repair. They never gave me grief or attitude when I brought my 16 year old car to them for regular repairs, unlike other mechanics I've used. So late night driving home we had to get gas...classic story! But we pulled in and the gentleman who was in charge of pumping the gas (one reason why I do love NJ) was so NICE! He was really happy and just really pleasant! Me and my husband who have had many encounters with gas pump attendants, were really impressed with how nice he was, and he cleaned our windshield and just genuinely friendly. This alone is the reason that I give a 4 star. I didn't go inside and this was a late night thing, but wow, the service provided was really great and it was so appreciated! So if you are close, you have a choice go here, they have a great employee (can't speak for them all, but I know one rocks! :)) read more

Got a quote on some work for my sons car. When we dropped it off I asked them to call me with a quote to fix the check engine light in addition to the original repair. Not only didn't I get a call, when I picked up the car the bill was $275 more than the original quote. They did repair both problems, but my son didn't have the money. The reason I wanted a quote was so he can plan for the repair at a future date. Shows a complete lack of consideration for the customer. read more
