Egg waffle squeezed into a cup and filled with soft serve ice-cream that is as good as most places that have a soft-serve machine, nothing special. Sprinkled with chocolate balls and a wedge of chocolate brownie. Another mall lingering dessert that will have some people intrigued. Premium Hong Kong Milk Tea (PHP130) Served in a 12oz (360 ml) carafe that's carried in a bowl filled with ice cubes to keep the drink cold and the mixture pure. I find their milk tea slightly above average. The presentation is particle and is worth a revisit. Experience Wait time is around 30 minutes and easily verifiable with their dessert kitchen right at the center of the dining area, which is another negative. The narrow hallways create traffic between the main kitchen and the dessert kitchen, which affects diners seated along that area.

They have several cozy seats, good wifi connection, and some fancy ways to serve up their gelato. If you want to be adventurous with the way you eat this cold treat, you can try it affogato (vanilla or tiramisu gelato with a shot of espresso), as waffle gelato or honeybread gelato. I love the honeybread gelato which combines vanilla gelato with a honey-toasted, butter-soaked piece of bread. They also have sandwiches, pasta, coffee and frappes. This is a great place to hang out and catch up with old friends (the non-alcohol drinking types)

I was fascinated by the selections of their ice creams - from typical flavors to extra ordinary and out-of-this-world ones!Indeed gelato heaven! The best thing about Gelatissimo is they let you try the gelato first using the disposable, colorful spoon. They understand that they've got a lots of selections and people can't just make up their mind on what to order. Hihi. There was just too many that I would like to try!!! She indulged in the mixture of the sweet flavor and the soft, flaky texture of the cronut, and thanked me graciously. Mission accomplished. For those who were excited by the idea of the cronut, a new trend is being set by Dolcelatte, and it's called the double doughnut. I have no idea why anyone would think putting a doughnut on top of another is a good idea, but you'd have to break my hands before I'd give you a taste of the wonderful texture that comes with this creation.

Which is normally a large cup for 3 flavors. Apple Streusel was too soft. The apple filling was good, but I was expecting a flakier, buttery pastry from the soft ones they have. Cannoli was too hard. It is a rolled puff pastry with a stick of chocolate in the middle. The pastry was tough or too crisp that fails the texture of a cannoli, sweet, soft, flaky, buttery. Meringue. 2 meringue disc that sandwiches chocolate. The meringue was light, sweet, and has a powdery finish. It doesn't have the rough, sugary feel like what the usual bakery fair. Crostatine Raspberry is a flaky raspberry filled tart that has a buttery, flaky weaved crust on top. The tart was a bit hard, but it was perfectly sweet, fruity raspberry with a flaky crust on top. Begne was their version of cream puff. It was soft and filled with creamy custard and was coated with chocolate. It was nice, soft, cream puff, but was expecting a fresher one. Gelatos was smooth & milky. Just right for a gelato. I loved their pistacchio and blackberry flavor. The tiramisu was too liquorish for me. Chiara can improved on most of their pastries and do promotions before closing to prevent pastries from being taken over the next day.
