I'm thankful I ordered a medium! The couple behind me had a slight misunderstanding because the female ordered small for them to share. He didn't sound happy with her choice. Apart from the obvious and notoriously high sugar levels of ice cream, in general, Cara Mia's gelato will will set you back at Php 85 per scoop, so it's definitely not recommended for everyday. It definitely is a great weekend treat, though. There are so many flavors to choose from and the ice cream is rich true to its flavors. My favorites are Chocolate Therapy and Pistachio. Aside from gelato, Cara Mia at Robinson's Place also serves meals, and carries their bestselling gelato and ref cakes, which not only look really pretty (their designs are so intricate), but easy on the wallet, too, starting at Php 600+.

These flavors were Vanilla Almond, Coffee, Kinder Bueno, Pistachio, Double Chocolate, Black Sesame and my personal favorite that day, Mangga't Suman. Its main ingredients were Mango and a famous Filipino delicacy called Suman which is a rice-based dessert. Everything tasted good, that's for sure! Their gelato was carefully made and tested. I could really tell because of how it was rich and flavorful. I think if I did a blind taste test, I'd know more or less what the main ingredients were! We were very pleased with both the food and the prices. However, we noticed that the bill seemed unusually high, even after applying my parents' senior discount. Since we had ordered quite a bit, I didn't look closely at the receipt before leaving. Later that day, my mom decided to review the receipt and discovered that we had been overcharged. The prices listed on the receipt did not match the prices on the menu. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to return, as we were leaving town the following day. Tropical Haze is a wheat beer but it is quite fruity. Bliss Points tastes like hazelnut beer (I'm not kidding!). I've tried pairing Bliss Point with desserts and it was amazeballs!
