EVER…read more I had the pleasure of working with Carlos for my 40th birthday party this past weekend and words cannot describe how amazing the food and service were from start to finish. I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered 3 meat varieties and each was flavorful, savory, and perfectly seasoned. There was not a single guest who didn't comment on the tacos and more than a few asked for his card hoping to hire him for their next event.
