We shipped to his own CONFIRMED PAYPAL shipping address. USPS tries to deliver. It shows Vacant. Notice to pick up from Post office left. Customer now says, this is not his address. We show proof of, his own address entry. We show USPS tracking information showing attempted delivery. USPS returned the item to the sender for non-delivery. Customer disagrees stating not his address. WE DO NOT ENTER YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. It's entered by the purchaser online and labels are automated per the CUSTOMER'S OWN ENTRY. We let the customer know she will need to pay for postage again, if she would like us to ship her out the product.
