Runs and Drives Nice, Heated Leather, Sunroof, Power Windows, Mirrors, Locks, Seats, Cruise Control, Aftermarket Radio with Wireless Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, Nice Tires, a great deal you do not want to pass up!" Mind you, I'm well are it says "Sold as is". When I got to the shop, it had a March 2026 inspection sticker on it that was from that shop as I was told. He then proceeded to inform me that the sticker would be scraped because it didn't pass emissions for a code "P0128" which is the engines coolant temperature is below the normal regulating temperature. Easy fix, had done this on my last Saab so was not worried about it whatsoever. I had asked the worker at least 5 times if that was the code he pulled and he said yes. 2 days later, I come to find out after taking it to get a proper inspection done by me, that it actually was the engine code P0463, which involved the fuel level circuit reading "high voltage" which is a LOT more of an extensive and EXPENSIVE job to repair. If he had just been honest and straight up about the actual code, I wouldn't have bothered with this car knowing how much of a pain in the ass that code takes to fix. If you plan on buying a car from there, make sure you bring a reader to check for any engine codes, and DO NOT just take his word for accountability. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

While applying FluidFilm noticed rear pinion seal was leaking (missed this during my initial inspection) so I checked the fluid level. It was down 1/2 quart. Checked front differential and it was 1/2 to 1qt low as well. The vehicle was sold "as is" but I can see the passenger front caliper was replaced so why wouldn't their on site mechanic have taken care of these minor issues.

Come Sunday morning we were rather discouraged but headed out looking for a vehicle again and luckily passed by Beato's right before they opened. They had a very nice 2008 Sienna on the lot and worked with us getting us on getting a warranty for it even though they considered it a trade-in car. We ended up driving off with the Sienna, WITH a 2-year powertrain warranty (covers the big stuff like engine and transmission) for less money than KBB value of the van WITHOUT a warranty! Also, shout-out to Tito for being a fantastic salesman, helpful but NOT pushy! Also, contrary to prior claims of other reviews, Beato's was NOT going to let us leave the lot with a temp plate on the Sienna, since it was a trade-in car, until they realized the previous owner had had the van NH state inspected only 2 weeks prior to the trade-in, so they knew it was safe. They are VERY clear that the trade-in vehicles are only cleaned and not inspected by them, and not warrantied by them, unless you pay extra for a third-party warranty like we did. I would HIGHLY recommend Beato's to anyone looking for a good car at a great price!

This car dealer violates many of those rules. I can't believe the state allows them to still be in business! Apparently, all the people that gave them 1 star ratings have not reported them to the DMV. Called for a vehicle they said they had. I called back to make an appointment to see the vehicle. They told me I have to get pre-qualified for a loan. I informed if I wanted to purchase the car I would be paying with a bank check. They said I would have to bring a copy of my bank statement.... Are you kidding?.....I haven't even seen the car to verify the condition they say its in, or to see if I even like it, and I have to show proof I'm not a liar? Their sign says they approve everyone, so why would you need to go get pre-approved? They said the car was not at their location. More than likely that's because they don't own the car and more than likely the reason they cant give you a car loan. Instead of being honest with people about the fact that they are a broker and don't actually own all of the cars advertised, they choose to play games instead. Thank God I noticed what a scam this place is before I wasted any more time with these jerks, but after what I did experience, I do not doubt for a minute they play games on the price as MANY others have said. You only see the people that have written reviews on their horrible experience. Imagine how many there are that haven't written reviews? They also clam to have three locations???...I did a goggle search for those other 2 locations they claim they have and found nothing at all. DON'T EVEN CALL RAFAEL OR ANY OF THESE JOKERS......SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION, DISAPPOINTMENT AND A HUGE HEADACHE.
