The amount i paid and am expecting is $3995.00 I have both called and emailed this vendor numerous times with respect to this issue and have never received a call back. In addition to the dissatisfaction relating to not returning my refund, I found the service to be very lacking. After I paid the full amount, I did receive a phone call from an individual who purported to be a "matchmaker" (this business seeks to match people based on their common interests for dating) and as much as the service represented itself to be highly personal with a real effort to make appropriate matches, this individual had not even read the extensive profile I had written to give the matchmaker a perspective on the type of individual i was looking for.
