This is one busy Circle K we arrived here at noon to fuel the Subaru and it seemed like every worker in Abbeville was here grabbing lunch or fueling their vehicles. I had to make a few laps to get a pump, there is a entrance / exit off Highway 14 and another on the side road so there was lots of traffic entering and exiting and not a lot of parking area which has a narrow path through the property. I had no issues but it's important to pay attention to those drivers not paying attention. The pump islands were pretty well maintained and everything worked fine including the receipt dispenser. At 730 this morning we drove up like every morning. There was s sign on the door saying "no credit cards, cash only"... Fine. Burger doors were locked. The clerk began telling at my bf about reading the sign. She said "you needa learn to read, we closed right now." That's not what the sign said AT ALL. She was telling and cursing at us because i told her the sign said "cash only"... Several other customers were there as it was 730am and people are on their commute. Nobody could put gas. The overall rudeness of MOST if the employees at this circle k is outrageous. We spend a lot of money there and expect to be treated with some kind of decency. No. Not this lady. Please end the names and kick her to the curb. read more

The restaurant is super cute and the employees were all great and the New Orleans theme is inviting and there is a large selection of fresh cooked and frozen foods. After arriving in town we were looking for something fast but delicious, there were a few customers when we walked in but there definitely wasn't a lot of traffic here - whether you order takeout or dine-in your food will arrive in a styrofoam container - we ordered a fried shrimp and a fried catfish basket and drinks, the food arrived quickly and came out hot but honestly we both thought it was just okay even for the reasonable prices. We were a little disappointed and we both left about half of the portions and called it an afternoon. This probably is not a place we'd return too since there are much better options in the surrounding area in my opinion...
