I've been here many times over the past few years, and I am glad to say that I really like Walgreen's (and this particular location) as my pharmacy! I am able to drop my prescription off during convenient hours (later evening hours which is great for after work) and the staff has been nothing but nice to me every time I've gone in. I have received great service whether I go in the building or zip through the drive through window to drop off/pick up my prescriptions. I recently stopped in at the Take Care Clinic for a sudden sinus infection that began affecting me out of the blue one day. I had never gone to one before, but my boyfriend had suggested it so I was pleased to find this location had one available. I popped in and only had to wait around 10-15 minutes after signing in before I was seen! I'd been warned it might be a long wait, so getting such prompt service was great. They accept most health insurances, so that was a plus, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was very kind. She listened to my issues and took some time to be sure it was indeed a sinus infection and then handed me a prescription. The nice part is the pharmacy is right there, so you don't have to take additional time to get the prescription in if you have one. I was in and out in around an hour (getting my prescription included!) and when I left I was ready to battle the sinus infection. I was VERY pleased and would definitely return!

And address me by it when saying hello. Threw me off at first, but really resonated. My hubs is a busy guy who sometimes forgets to pump the gas he paid for, and they always catch it, and hold the money, waiting for him to return. Also, when he is grumpy, they try and coax a smile, it cracks us up! The gals on morning shift have often said, "see, he smiles when your here", regarding the rare morning when we come in together. Also, blew me away, one day in particular, my hubby had to leave ahead of me, and he bought and paid for my cigs and my energy drink, left it with the ladies, and as soon as I walked in, they hailed me over and said, hubby paid for and left this for you!! I mean who does that?? That's service I tell ya! Old school down home community involved service! Love it. And love those ladies. Thanks for making my morning!

You're open another 40min, take the 10 min it might take to recount after one more transaction. Definitely not accommodating the request to wait for the line to go down, after already waiting my turn in line, again. At least not for this particular person. The establishment offers the usual beers, mostly major brands, a few wines and wine coolers. They sell most brands of cigarettes if any of ya'll still smoke. They also carry candy, snacks, and random convenience store needs such as first aid and health supplies. You can also find your favorite flavor of blunt wraps. There is one unique thing about this store, but some might argue it's not unique. At one point they were selling t-shirts and other fashion accessories. I thought it was so out of place but yet somewhat interesting! Go check it out!

If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a good place to grab some ice cream, United Dairy Farmer's is a great place to go! It's a gas station and convenience store with a dining area by the ice cream section, so there's constant traffic of people buying gas or supplies. However, it's also a favorite spot for people in the area to grab some ice cream! Their ice cream selection is pretty impressive, and they have a variety of dishes/sundaes/etc. to try out! They also make shakes, malts, and offer seasonal specials (e.g. limeade during the summer) throughout the year! Recently I noticed they run constant specials each week or so on different kinds of ice creams or beverages as well, so be sure to ask what specials they have (they also have promotional signs on the ice cream cases)! This is my favorite UDF in the area; the other one on Glen Este Withamsville is notorious for being less clean and also having horrible service. We often come here after dining at another restaurant in the area (e.g. El Rancho Grande, Panera, etc) to satisfy our sweeth tooth cravings. The nice part about this kind of place is that they have a dining section in a separate area from the food/supplies/drinks/etc., so you don't have to deal with the traffic as much. They have classic flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough, sherbet, black raspberry chip, and more! The one downside I'm not as fond of is the fact that because it is primarily a gas station, the service can be really sketchy. There have been a few trips I was not impressed with the staff, but the ice cream made up for it! I love that we have UDF in Cincinnati! Delores (10+ years of customer service) yells over customers on the checkout line that we should stop using the machine. We explain that it JUST started. She continues to tell the other customers that its just common sense. When I get to the counter I tell her its not right for her to yell at us and she says well the machine is broken and there was a sign and YOU must have removed the sign. I was stunned!! There was another customer who used the machine as well and we had brewed one cup with no issues. Its one thing that she didn't want us to use the machine but its a whole other level that she 1) yelled, 2) over other customers, 3) continues to complain about our lack of common sense to other customers while we are in line, 4) accused me of removing the sign. All this and she still didn't have the urgency to go put the sign (that was no where is sight) back up. Delores you are rude and I wish you well.
