My partner and I stopped here after a walk on the Miami Scenic River trail on a Tuesday afternoon…read more We had been driving by this place for a while now and had always wanted to try it. When it opened for this season we finally gave it a go. It has a pretty large parking lot, which I was thankful for, though it can be difficult to get out when you are leaving. They only take cash so be warned, but there is an ATM on the side of the building. There was only one girl working that day, but there are two windows I am assuming for busier times like the weekends. We walked right up and ordered from their pretty large menu posted on the side. I got the campfire sundae, and my partner just got a vanilla cone. It is all soft-serve, and they have chocolate, vanilla, or twist. There are many different toppings, dips, shakes, and sundaes offered for all preferences. My sundae was not very photogenic at all, which was fine as it still tasted great. The campfire sundae is twist ice cream topped with teddy grahams, chocolate dip, whipped cream, and a cherry. It was refreshing and had good crunch from the toppings. Between the two ice cream flavors though, the vanilla had a lot more going for it. For a fun, small place to get ice cream during the warm months, I would recommend coming here. It is not fancy, but it hits the spot!

The service was quick and efficient compared to most places. The sundae was average at best... the banana was fresh but i wish there was more of the other toppings. I'd give it another shot, just not overly impressed with round 1

So I make sure to stock up on those. Okay... I thought the location in Kenwood was big! Nope! This location is bigger. They have a drive thru, outdoor seating, playland for children, and the inside is VERY spacious with plenty of seating. I am on the rewards program so every year I get a free ice cream for my birthday. I get the 1870 Tower sundae (brownie, black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream, and whipped cream topped with cherry). It's so good! They have a bakery section, ice cream to go, cookies, cake candies, pup ice cream, bread, gifts, and more! I'll always be a Graeter's fan. Homemade hand dipped ice cream is the way to go! I know I'll be back for more!

They are having a promotion right now: MLB helmet sundaes, which is awesome as we are collecting them from all the stadiums. I got the black raspberry chocolate chip sundae: the entire thing was AMAZING!!! Incredible flavor, very creamy and full of large dark chocolate pieces . It was quite filling. Misc: ample parking, several tables, several high chairs available, clean bathrooms. Looking forward to our next visit .

I love how Abby Girl packs the cupcakes in individual plastic containers so the icing and decorative features do not get destroyed. They have a few tables if you want to eat and have coffee there. Prices are very reasonable. I do not remember ever seeing so many choices of cupcakes. My iced coffee was refreshing and delicious. Price is lower than Starbucks and better in my humble opinion. This is definitely the place to buy cupcakes for any birthday or special celebration. They are so moist they melt in your mouth. The icing is as good as my Grandma used to make. Macy made my visit perfect. She explained the flavor of cupcakes and answered questions politely with a smile. I absolutely recommend Abby Girl Sweets. I will never be able to drive by without stopping.

From 5 to 1…read more.. Jungle Jim's East has introduced us to countless foods and products that we likely never would have discovered otherwise. For many years, our weekly routine was to stop at Sam's Club for staples, then head straight to Jungle Jim's. We'd grab a beer, leisurely wander the aisles, pick up the rest of our grocery list, and almost always leave with a few unexpected treasures. Unfortunately, over the past several months we've noticed a steady decline in the overall shopping experience. Prices have increased noticeably, the quality and consistency of the produce department no longer seem to be what they once were, and many everyday grocery items have disappeared from the shelves. These aren't obscure products, but rather common items that many shoppers regularly purchase. After asking about the changes, a checkout clerk confirmed that Jungle Jim's is intentionally shifting away from being a traditional grocery store and focusing more heavily on its international market offerings. While we understand and respect that business decision, it no longer aligns with the reason we originally shopped there. What made Jungle Jim's special for us was the combination of unique international products and the ability to complete most of our regular grocery shopping in the same trip. As that balance has changed, we've found ourselves making additional stops elsewhere to find basic items, often at better prices. As a result, we've decided to move most of our grocery shopping back to Kroger. We'll still visit Jungle Jim's occasionally for specialty and international products, but sadly it is no longer our primary grocery destination. We sincerely hope management reconsiders the direction of the store, because we'd love to return to the Jungle Jim's experience that made us loyal customers for so many years.
