Oh, and I love that this is still one of the few places that trusts their customers enough that they let you fill up before paying. I hate when you have to either swipe your card at the pump, or go in and give them money before they turn it on. Either you didn't give them enough and your car doesn't fill up, or you gave them too much, then you have to go back in and ask for your change. I hate that many gas stations do that. Delores (10+ years of customer service) yells over customers on the checkout line that we should stop using the machine. We explain that it JUST started. She continues to tell the other customers that its just common sense. When I get to the counter I tell her its not right for her to yell at us and she says well the machine is broken and there was a sign and YOU must have removed the sign. I was stunned!! There was another customer who used the machine as well and we had brewed one cup with no issues. Its one thing that she didn't want us to use the machine but its a whole other level that she 1) yelled, 2) over other customers, 3) continues to complain about our lack of common sense to other customers while we are in line, 4) accused me of removing the sign. All this and she still didn't have the urgency to go put the sign (that was no where is sight) back up. Delores you are rude and I wish you well.

It's a gas station and convenience store with a dining area by the ice cream section, so there's constant traffic of people buying gas or supplies. They also make shakes, malts, and offer seasonal specials (e.g. limeade during the summer) throughout the year! Recently I noticed they run constant specials each week or so on different kinds of ice creams or beverages as well, so be sure to ask what specials they have (they also have promotional signs on the ice cream cases)! This is my favorite UDF in the area; the other one on Glen Este Withamsville is notorious for being less clean and also having horrible service. We often come here after dining at another restaurant in the area (e.g. El Rancho Grande, Panera, etc) to satisfy our sweeth tooth cravings. The nice part about this kind of place is that they have a dining section in a separate area from the food/supplies/drinks/etc., so you don't have to deal with the traffic as much. They have classic flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough, sherbet, black raspberry chip, and more! The one downside I'm not as fond of is the fact that because it is primarily a gas station, the service can be really sketchy. There have been a few trips I was not impressed with the staff, but the ice cream made up for it! I love that we have UDF in Cincinnati! I've been here many times over the past few years, and I am glad to say that I really like Walgreen's (and this particular location) as my pharmacy! I am able to drop my prescription off during convenient hours (later evening hours which is great for after work) and the staff has been nothing but nice to me every time I've gone in. I have received great service whether I go in the building or zip through the drive through window to drop off/pick up my prescriptions. I recently stopped in at the Take Care Clinic for a sudden sinus infection that began affecting me out of the blue one day. I had never gone to one before, but my boyfriend had suggested it so I was pleased to find this location had one available. I popped in and only had to wait around 10-15 minutes after signing in before I was seen! I'd been warned it might be a long wait, so getting such prompt service was great. They accept most health insurances, so that was a plus, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was very kind. She listened to my issues and took some time to be sure it was indeed a sinus infection and then handed me a prescription. The nice part is the pharmacy is right there, so you don't have to take additional time to get the prescription in if you have one. I was in and out in around an hour (getting my prescription included!) and when I left I was ready to battle the sinus infection. I was VERY pleased and would definitely return!
