The picture is of a medication bottle given to us; we noticed an error when we got home and opened the packaging. The medication inside the bottle is 600mg Gabapentin. The label is for another person and a different medication (name and address redacted). I don't need to tell you how dangerous this is!

I explained that my doctor has been trying (also 3 times) to speak with them and needed some additional information about my usage. My doctor says they are about to give up on this. I called and when I got through, the pharmacy assistant said that I am wrong and this is not possible and that i need to have my doctor call again. At no time did they offer to call my doctor. I have been running around in circles with this pharmacy for a week now and have not received my medication. I am pulling all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant said GOOD. You go do that!!! Wow.. Very unprofessional and not customer driven at all. UPDATE--- I took my prescriptions to another pharmacy and received my prescriptions right way / same day.

Oxyconton- It is never in stock and when I questioned why I was told it is backorder how ever it almost always is available the next day. If it is truly backorder rather than out of stock why is available the next day? This is only one of a myriad of issues I have with this pharmacy.
