This is not the first time having an issue here that included not being able to use the App to pay at the pump and went to the cashier and Pre-paid but wasn't able to get the membership price. Got a Coca-Cola that was already opened and Requested for the Manager to call me, but that never happened. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner and staff denied it, saying it must have happened after I left. The truth is I hurriedly left the station and discovered the damage less than two minutes later. When I returned, I was humiliated and disregarded. The owner was dismissive, refused to even ask the inspector what happened, and tried to intimidate me into leaving. He even called the police when I insisted on accountability. This treatment felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I had seen a similar incident happen to another customer before, which shows this is not an isolated case but a disturbing pattern. Consumers deserve fairness, honesty, and accountability, none of which I received here. I strongly warn others not to go to this location for inspections or any service.
