I have a feeling these other reviews are from competitors or people that are very sensitive. Especially consideirng that they don't say any specifics on the "Bad service" they got others than feeling they were treeted poorly. They didn't even describe the person they supposedly got bad service from in any meaningful way.. I've never gotten anything but good service here and I'm a regular. read more

I was in Anacortes, WA on vacation, and stopped in at this Circle K. I was having trouble getting my gas cap off and asked the young lady at the counter if she could help me. I have arthritis in my hands and it makes it difficult to get the gas cap off sometimes. Alexis, the asst manager, cheerfully came right out and helped me with everything. She also told me the lunch specials they were having and asked if I needed anything else. I was impressed with how clean,organized and well stocked the store was and it was so nice to have a friendly conversation when you are in a new place and don't know anyone. Alexis was extremely helpful in explaining where things were in town as well. I will be back, as I am buying a vacation place over here. read more

I wish they had a negative star. Came to this gas station to fill up my massively oversized vehicle that has a 30 gallon plus 6 gallon reserve tank on Sunday Thanksgiving weekend. I went in to pay after an unfortunate experience with my card at the pump and was treated so horribly that my hands were shaking when I left. I have to say that while I may not have been the biggest sale of the day, I would certainly place in the top five, but the sales associate assured that I will never ever ever ever set foot in that place again. After appearing to be at the wrong register (after having stopped there numerous times in the past and ALWAYS being at one particular register) I cheerfully noted that indeed I appeared to be in the wrong place. Rather than laugh it off as I was doing the jerk behind the register commented on my inability to read or notice he was standing at the other register. And I am describing this nicely. Easily the rudest human being I have run into in a long time. And no, this was at 9:00 am so I am sure he had not had a rough time with customers so far. There was absolutely no excuse to be so incredibly rude to ANYONE. I went and filled up at another station, where the attendant was helpful and friendly. I am sure it doesn't matter to most people as they rarely go inside a gas station, but this guy gets the award for nastiest person on earth. Additionally, there is no way to contact them to discuss the issue as the phone just rings and rings and rings. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated. It is not at this gas station. Plus there are lower prices elsewhere. I live somewhere where people travel to this area to get gas quite often. I plan on telling every single person I know to do their gas shopping elsewhere. Not worth dealing with this jerk. Shame on you Circle K. read more
