The owner is second to none when it comes to customer service. You are always greeted with a smile and if you are a regular he speaks to you by name and even asks questions like "How's your family". He usually has my cigarettes already waiting at the counter without me even having to ask for them by the time I get through grabbing my other items. If there are products a customer wants that he doesn't carry he'll take a note and order them. This is one of the places that I'll actually drive out of my way to go to.

Once a medication is finally ready, it still takes an hour to get through the pharmacy pickup line no matter how many people are there. Please, use it any way you may deem appropiate. On June 26, 2009 while traveling in our motorhome en-route to Florida and home, my wife Helen and I, along with our two dogs had mechanical problems in an area of Birmingham that did not seem such a great place to be broke down (We withhold the exact location, suffice it to say it was not a "we care" neighborhood). We managed to get our motorhome going just enough to cough and sputter into your business just about the time you were closing for the day. Burt, your service manager provided us with electric and water hookups while we were stranded waiting on repairs. The next day being Saturday, and you close at noontime, we had to wait until Monday to get the major part of our repairs done, but Burt and Clay was able to get our A/C going for us. Clay loaned us a company vehicle to use until we were ready to proceed, as we did not tow a dingy with us. On Monday, parts were secured (fuel pump) and repairs begun. We had to have our motorhome up on a lift to effect repairs, so was not able to use it. Burt loaned us a unit you had for sale to use that evening instead of going out to a motel. Everyone of your staff was as nice and helpful as they could be to us. Before we left home on this trip, we prayed that God would send folks our way that we could share our faith , and His word with...He really did all this and more. We want to mention a few of the nice folks you have working there: Burt, Pam, Tammy Steven,Clay, Larry, and of course yourself. It is not our intention to leave anyone out, just to say thanks, many times over to each and everyone of them. We will share our experience at you place of business, and send everyone we can your way that may be passing through the area.
