This circle K and 76 Gas Station is located just off the 71 freeway on Chino Avenue. It is a big station with a lot of isles to get your gas. The store itself is clean and has the normal convenience items that you would get from a gas station store. The gas prices are reasonable and this place is usually not too crowded. It is also located just near a Starbucks in case you want to grab a quick coffee :) read more

Certain cashiers at this location does not go above and beyond to help customers. We are all facing hard times with inflation. There is a reason why we all take advantage of rewards program. The cashier tonight does not care to figure out what the problem, but basically respond "there's nothing i can do" and goes about her business. read more

This is a 76 gas station. At 9:45 am I walked in to purchase a lotto scratcher ticket. The man behind the counter refused to sell me a ticket and said he was all out of tickets when clearly the tickets were right in my view and said sir they are right there. He got very verbal with me and threw my money back in my face. I was very confused there was no one else inside the store at the time. He kept on yelling at me to get out of his store. I am still astonished and will not be going back. Chino Hills residents don't give your business to this place the man is very rude and vulgar. read more

Have been coming for the longest time since we live nearby. Recently however their employees literally are lazy and rude. There's an older short female that always has a bun in her hair, she literally snapped back and gave attitude for nothing! There's another older gentleman that wears a cap and he is so miserable at his job, he never greets, and when I wanted to use my points and he said I didn't have enough. I always ask for a receipt after my purchases so I know how many points I have. He was so rude, I didn't want to deal. I went back after and used my points with another employee with ease. You shouldn't be in the customer service industry if you attitude is crap. Next time I see him I will call him out on it but there's a reason this business has a big turnover. All the other employees are fine and I hope the owner sees these reviews because I will take my business elsewhere if this continues. read more

Today is January 10th 2020. I went in at 7pm to grab an item for my brother and ended up getting some icecream for my 2 year old daughter. She went out of her way to provide great customer service and was bery thoughtful and considerate towards her. I am impressed at the professionalism and guest service. I gotta do what's right! ^_^ This is a brand new gas station, right along 71 Freeway and a Starbucks coffee shop is right next door. Ever since September, this place has been offering the best gas $$ in town, better then 7-Eleven and even Arco. The machines are new, the pump is fast and when the price for full gas tank falls under $30.00, for about 10 Gallon, your eyes should be wet. The windshield cleaning water bucket is full~ The squeezers not only available, actually comes with sufficient handle for you to use it~ The environment is just beautiful~ glance through the beauty of Chino Hills~ I often like to pump the gas, and walk over to Startbucks for a cup of Jo. This Union 76 is hidden next to a hotel, Buffalo Wild Wings, a movie theater and Starbucks. I like this gas station because it is next to the 71 Freeway and is not busy. I typically get my gas from Costco. When Costco is oozing cars at the pumps, I use this Union 76 as my backup because of the zero wait and good prices. You can get gas and then stroll on over to Starbucks for the coffee. read more

The best prices on gas in town... for sure. The inside and outside is very clean and the cashiers are very nice and helpful. HOWEVER... over the past 2 months, the gas pumps have been shut off at least THREE different times for 10+ minutes right around 7am between Monday-Friday. Apparently they have to shut of the pumps in order to have a shift change with the cashiers. They also shut off all transactions - so people are lining up out the doors just to buy a coffee or a snack bar. This is absurd to do a shift change during one of the busiest parts of the day!! Right in the middle of the morning commute!! As you all know - a 10 minute jump on traffic can make or break your commute... so having to sit and wait for the pumps to turn on is infuriating! So sorry Circle K / 76... you lose a few stars with me because I have to wait in the morning!! read more

I would suggest avoiding this gas station at all costs. The keypads at the pumps fail nearly every time I go there. I had BofA and for some reason, a fraud alert was sent to me when trying to pay at the pump. Fast forward to yesterday (5-6-2021), I tried my Navy Federal debit card, then my credit card to try and pay at the pump. I had to go around to another pump and the same error message appeared that I had to "Please see cashier". I then received warning messages from my credit union waring me of a possible fraud transaction on my account (for both cards). Something is seriously wrong with their payment process and this has been going on for over 2 years. Apparently, this is a ongoing issue and the owner has no desire to fix the issues. Extremely rude people up to what I'm assuming is the owner. Most places have common courtesy and say hello. I'm guessing because it's a Circle K in the world reknown Chino Hills? Unless you drive a new Mercedes? I'd rather go to Pomona and get gas there at least the local neighborhood thugs greet you. Stay away unless you want be seen as a lower life form. read more

No matter when I go to this gas station, or what gas pump I use, they are ALWAYS out of receipt tape for your gas purchase, forcing you to go inside the gas station to retrieve your receipt. The manager/owner is doing this on purpose so when people go inside, they are more likely to purchase other items. This is a scam!! read more

I called to let them know they were using a stolen debit card for purchases not once but twice. They gladly will hang up on you after cursing in Spanish, I've found out. Fould other Yelp users with similar experiences of their card being "keyed in" for as much as 10x the purchase. Theft. read more

I got $10 gas here last night and I go to check my account this morning to find they had put a 72 hr hold on $100. I saw no sign posted at the pump that they would do this. This is the only time I have every had this happen at any gas station. I have been to other 76's and paid at the pump, like I usually do, and never had this happen.
