Worst gas station/car wash experience I've ever had. I paid $15 for a car wash, and halfway through the wash the rollers completely stopped. The signs inside started flashing telling me to back up, so I exited the wash and went inside to speak with the manager. I explained multiple times what happened and asked him to simply review the security footage to confirm that my truck never completed the wash. Instead of helping, he was extremely rude and kept saying there was nothing he could do. No refund, no offer to rewash the truck, nothing. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional management. I will never come back here again, and I recommend customers be careful before paying for the car wash at this location. read more

This is my go to gas station in the Chino Hills area. It is clean, the employees are nice and they have my favorite snacks. The gas is an average price for Premium gasoline. The tools to clean my car is always good. The water and sponge always cleans my car windows nicely. read more

So I think I figured out the problem with this wash. I only seem to have issues with the wash when I purchase the most expensive wash package. The cheap wash works consistently. The cheap wash doesn't wash the rims or undercarriage. At least now I know how to avoid wasting time in line read more

To the owner / manager you may to want rethink the aggressive "complimentary" windshield washer dude and the equally pushy car wax sales person. This is not a comfortable experience for anyone. I just want to get my gas and go and not be hassled at the pump for sales or tips. I have not seen this questionable "find a cure for breast cancer" car wax table set up at the other service stations anywhere. I've used your station many times over the years. I'm giving this score mainly because of the man that works in the morning, I think his name is Mike. I work near by so I come and get my morning coffee from this gas station often. Mike can be nice but there have been too many time that he is rude and irresponsible. He has turned me away a few times because he is smoking a cigarette outside, people will come in and he is no where to be found. One time I had to just leave my money with a note that I got a coffee on the counter. I was letting it slide and not bother me but when he's been rude now and has been no where to be found too often. It's Christmas Eve 2018 9:25 PM. I go in for a cup of coffee and the lady behind the counter notices my cup is only half full, she asks why and I told her because it spills when I drive. I hand her the money and she says "it's ok, take it" I said no I'll pay and she says no I'll pay and gets change from her pocket and buys my coffee! Such a kind sweet lady. I can't believe she was so nice to me. Shell management needs to know what a great employee they have. CARWASH REVIEW: one star for the quality and value. $7 for the standard wash. Don't drive in cuz there is no turning back if someone pulls up behind you! There is no attendant, the car wash is very short, and the dryer is confusing (you drive through slowly and can't back up) and apparently is run by a timer (we didn't know that) so we basically skipped the dryer (again, couldn't turn back). The washing material inside the car wash is made of rubber rather than cloth and our car was still dirty after the wash. LAME. read more

WOW!!! I was in a jam this evening. The skid plate had shaken loose from the bottom of my car. I was able to ask for assistance from the cashier to help me. I did not catch his name but we went above and beyond to help remove it. I was so impressed and grateful for his assistance! This review for drive through car wash. $6.99 for the cheapest Express Car wash. This is waste of money. The brush pass from front to back and back to front once. Then one pass of rinse water. Drying gives you 30 seconds. Whole wash took less then 2 minutes. Go to Mobile station car wash down the street. For the same price, it is twice as long and cleans 100 times better. read more

I like the gas station! But the cashier with glasses provides the worst customer service! Sometimes, she did not give the receipt and also argued with customer.
