So, I decided to just go inside with my card and pay. After waiting for the attendant to get off the phone, I handed him my card and stated I was having trouble with pump two. He replied, "You don't know what you are doing." After responding the screen was blank, and nothing happened. He replied, "Get OUT!" The statement took me by surprise, and I asked him to not get an attitude because the machine does not work properly. He replied again, "Get the FUCK OUT!" I asked, "Did you just tell me to get out?" He said, "Yes, what are you still doing here?" I asked for the manager. "He's gone." WOW! He promptly yelled again, "Get the FUCK OUT! and don't come back." Took truck in to replace a fuel pump. I provided the fuel pump. Took about 3 hours. Once picked up, told me fuel pump works but gauge is reading empty. (this pump is in the tank and there is a lever with a float attached to the pump). Went to the gas station to put in gas and tank would not vent at all. Couldn't fill it. They stated I must have a bad pump. Got a new one under warranty and went to another shop. Found out first shop pinched a wire in the new pump, forgot to attach the float and lever to the new pump, and crushed a vent line with one of the tank support brackets. I guess my reliability / trust issues are valid.

On Monday October 14th our alternator on or pickup went out and we were stuck on the side of the…read moreroad .We had a different tow company come and tow us 3.5 miles to a hotel in Valle, AZ. That guy was amazing. On the morning of Tuesday October 15th we called Adams Tow Company to pick us and our truck up and take us to their shop . They did arrive promptly and towed us to their shop. Over the phone He quoted us $300 for a trip and then upon arrival to the shop we were told the amount would be $420 ($10 a mile and $125 service fee) even thought he knew how far we had to go and he still ended up , up charging us. He's attitude was very unpleasant the entire time. As we arrived to the shop we had to wait awhile for the mechanic to arrive since he was in flagstaff picking up parts and an alternator for us. Now he was good. He got the alternator installed quickly and did an amazing job. But we were definitely not happy with the towing aspect of the company and his up charge. I would highly recommend Adam's Automotive repair shop but not recommend their towing service.
