Their lottery machine seems to be broken a lot. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else to buy your lottery tickets.

Credit card info was stolen at this gas station. Look at the card slot before putting your card in there!

I had plenty of missed spots and water running down my car the one time I went there. But what bugs me a lot is the beer prices; or lack thereof. They have probably over 40 kinds of beer and in different sizes and packs, but only about 5-7 stickers on the glass displaying the price. That means if you want to know the price, you have to ask the cashier to guess for you or scan it. So what if they are busy or you don't want to ask the cashier to scan 5 or 6 beers to see which one you want to go with, you're left in an uncomfortable position that you should t be in. Just have prices visible like everyone else. Why does this bother me so much? Because I am often not sure which one I want and if I'm split between 2-3 beers, I'll just get the cheapest one and save myself a couple bucks. So here's what's happened in the past. I asked the cashier to check a few prices and they were all higher than what everyone else would sell the same ones for and I chose whatever. Doesn't matter. It was expensive and I was in a hurry so that's it. Another time I just chose a cheap Mexican beer that I thought would be good with the food I ordered somewhere and went to check out. It was like $10 for a six pack. Everywhere else it would be like $6-8. Circle K, Seven 11, you name it. But what sucks is that I knew I was getting a cheap beer, I waited in line expecting to pay $8 at the very most, and it was like $10. Maybe with tax. This is annoying to me and feels like they are being dishonest by not displaying the price. Maybe they think people won't notice because they are getting other items and maybe gas and are in a hurry. But I pay at the pump and I'm usually just going inside for beer and nothing else. I'm trying to avoid the line at Target. Okay, I see this has turned into a rant. Sorry. Prices are high on everything but it's only one of two gas stations around the area. It's the closest to me, but I won't be supporting them anymore. Nice people inside, but the owner needs to make some changes.

I told him $599 or $59.99?? and he said no $599. I was shocked. I said "no that's not what I came here for - I just want a simple wash and vacuum and wipe down the inside". He said "OK $499" then he went down to $299 and then it was $199. He was totally trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman and I had never been there before. I said "Ok I'm leaving. I just wanted to get a simple wash for like 30 or 40 bucks". So he says ok and flips his little paper over and reluctantly shows me the cheaper deals where it's in the $30-60's. So I ended up getting a $60 wash so that they would wipe down the inside because he said that they don't wipe the inside down for the $30 or $40 prices. I ended up waiting over an hour which was weird since there was only two other cars being done at the time. They did a nice job on the truck, but I hated being talked to by him as if I was a dumb girl and tried to get taken for. I will never go back. Beware that they will try to overcharge you and don't let them talk you into paying for their ridiculous packages.

On this third visit, the person taking asking me what I would like to have done right away telling me that my truck was too big. I told him that I've been here two times and have never been told it was too big and didn't have any issues. He insisted that it would cause damage and was advising me to have a hand wash done instead but it would cost me $60. I don't want to continue to go back and forth with him so o agreed. I should have double checked before I left because once I got him I noticed that parts of the truck were completely missed and not even washed. (Picture below of driver side mirror). All in all, I paid $70 including my $10 tip. Next time I'm opting out of the hand wash.

I had such a great experience at this Vons on 3/30/26!…read more I've been a bit under the weather so I stopped in to grab some meds. One thing I really like about this location is how convenient the set up is for when you need medicine they have a section right up front near the checkout, so you don't have to walk all the way through the store. It made this trip super quick and easy, and thankfully it was exactly where I remembered it. I didn't plan on doing any shopping, but of course I spotted a few good deals and started grabbing more things than what I came for. I didn't even grab a cart since I thought I'd be in and out, so I ended up juggling everything in my hands. That's when an employee noticed and came over with a basket for me because he probably seen me struggling lol. It was such a small gesture, but it genuinely meant a lot and helped so much in the moment. I really wish I caught his name because his customer service was amazing. All this to say, the store was very clean, the workers were friendly, and it's a really spacious location. Definitely a great experience and I'll be coming back!

Heavy condensation throughout the refrigerated sections raises serious questions about temperature…read morecontrol, maintenance and food safety. Combined with food that often doesn't seem fresh, it makes me question how well perishable products are being handled. Then there's the overall shopping experience: too few cashiers, long checkout lines, flies, anti-theft barriers at the entrances and exits, and even basic everyday products locked behind glass. Shopping here feels unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. What's most disappointing is the message all of this sends. A neighborhood grocery store should feel clean, welcoming, convenient and appreciative of the people who spend their money there. Instead, this store seems designed around distrust of its customers while showing remarkably little care for their time, convenience or the products being sold. The experience doesn't say, "Thank you for your business. Please come again." It says, "We don't value your time. We don't trust you. And we don't take much pride in what we're selling." That's not how a grocery store should make its customers feel.
