What's there to really say about a gas station? Plenty! The cashiers here are awesome and super friendly! I work close, so often come for the "convenient store" portion for a drink or snack! Or those times the lottery is too big to pass up buying a ticket! Always busy, so don't be surprised to see a line! I've never done the car wash, so I can't comment, but I alway see some pretty nice cars being washed here! Gas Station, Car Wash, Convenient Store(Beer, Soda's, Lottery, Snacks), and a cool staff!

    Nasty walls.

$1 for air and water! It's a bit excessive for just air. The gas station up the street has it for free.

The gas is too expensive, but the beer cave and car wash are cool.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vista Palms Car Wash. During a previous visit, I…read morepaid for a car wash but my vehicle was still noticeably dirty when it was finished. Because I was unhappy with the quality of service, I left an honest Yelp review reflecting my experience. Recently, I decided to give them another chance because of how convenient their location is. Instead of welcoming me back as a customer, the attendant informed me that they wanted to refuse service because of the Yelp review I had written. I found this completely unprofessional. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences--both positive and negative. Rather than addressing my concerns or trying to improve my experience, I felt like I was being punished for providing honest feedback after paying for a service that did not meet expectations. The manager involved was Nelson. I believe businesses should value customer feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve, not turn customers away for expressing dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with an even worse impression than my original visit.

Cost wayyyy toooo much!…read more Great service and overall good job cleaning my suv but it just costs way too much. The Econo wash for a small suv is $28.99 +tax +tip. I didn't want to pay $10 for a la cart tire dressing so I got the "value" wash for $31.99 +tax+tip (~ $38). The tire dressing was a pretty cheap product. It's not even 24 hours and it doesn't look like barely anything was put on them. They also forgot to put the air freshener I asked for. It's a very clean and organized place but nothing like it was 10-15 years ago. The prices were a third of what they are now and the entire lot and detail booths were filled with cars. I couldn't justify coming back for a regular car wash that costs close to $40. I can get an unlimited monthly Soapy Joes pass for less and drag my lazy butt out the car to dry it myself.

Mario took care of my truck and cleaned it top to bottom, inside and out, and have never seen my truck this clean and shiny before even when I bought it off the dealership. Mario was very detailed and helped even remove previous defects the paint had on my driver door. I highly recommend coming in for a detail with Mario and he will take care of you. The price you are paying is worth it, I have taken my truck elsewhere for the same price if not up to $100 details and have not been as pleased and content as I have been with Crystal Clean Car Wash. I am definitely coming back and asking for Mario to hook me up for another exceptional detail.

He gave me an approx wait time which I decided to stay and wait for my car. It took about an hour for the whole wash. I was so happy with the outcome!! My car was brand new. I tipped the guy who handed me my keys but I also saw a box where ppl were tipping. Don't know which one was correct so I threw some money in the box as well. Will be back. And they have a loyalty card after a couple visits you get a free 20 dollars wash or credited towards an upgrade.

I was approached by a very "big" guy who…read morebasically told me right away that I should go for this one deal that was $599 to make the truck paint "more sparkly". I told him $599 or $59.99?? and he said no $599. I was shocked. I said "no that's not what I came here for - I just want a simple wash and vacuum and wipe down the inside". He said "OK $499" then he went down to $299 and then it was $199. He was totally trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman and I had never been there before. I said "Ok I'm leaving. I just wanted to get a simple wash for like 30 or 40 bucks". So he says ok and flips his little paper over and reluctantly shows me the cheaper deals where it's in the $30-60's. So I ended up getting a $60 wash so that they would wipe down the inside because he said that they don't wipe the inside down for the $30 or $40 prices. I ended up waiting over an hour which was weird since there was only two other cars being done at the time. They did a nice job on the truck, but I hated being talked to by him as if I was a dumb girl and tried to get taken for. I will never go back. Beware that they will try to overcharge you and don't let them talk you into paying for their ridiculous packages.

On this third visit, the person taking asking me what I would like to have done right away telling me that my truck was too big. I told him that I've been here two times and have never been told it was too big and didn't have any issues. He insisted that it would cause damage and was advising me to have a hand wash done instead but it would cost me $60. I don't want to continue to go back and forth with him so o agreed. I should have double checked before I left because once I got him I noticed that parts of the truck were completely missed and not even washed. (Picture below of driver side mirror). All in all, I paid $70 including my $10 tip. Next time I'm opting out of the hand wash.
