For me the issue was not the fish, which is really good, but their particular batter that absorbs so much oil. Note: having lived in the UK, I've had a lot of fish and chips there. So a trip today to Katy to pick up some things at Nellis put me near to their Katy location. And I saw that they are featuring walleye currently. I ordered the 3 piece fish with two sides of cole slaw as I think their fries are forgettable. About $21. The fish was really good, but again, the batter recipe they've come up was not one that I was thrilled by. Great crunch but I needed to grab napkins and remove as much grease as possible in order to enjoy the meal.
