I ask about that being an issue and the clerk says that it's because people pull the receipt out incorrectly and that causes an issue and does not allow the receipt to come out properly.Today was my last day going there. I even went as far to call corporate. There was not a phone number on the receipt only an address. Seems kind of fishy. I'll see what happens from here. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens.
