Typically I ignore those little things but after missing such big items in a relatively small order (around 6 pm and no one else in the drive through) I may as well bring it all up. Only came here a couple times before first time was fine, but this lack of service for that type of order is crazy. Manager either isn't doing their job or everyone needs to be re trained. This time for some reason it didn't give me the option to pick up through drive through but I hit send thinking it would give me the option after but it didn't. I was already in the drive through so I proceeded to the worker & was told I have to go inside even though I explained the situation.
