I've never had a bad experience at any chick fil a location ever... until today. I always order through the mobile app & it's always the same process. This time for some reason it didn't give me the option to pick up through drive through but I hit send thinking it would give me the option after but it didn't. I was already in the drive through so I proceeded to the worker & was told I have to go inside even though I explained the situation. She walkie talkie the manager & he said this one time "he guessed" they would give it to me but next time they won't. I then proceeded to the pick up window where both a male & female manager were looking at me ugly. It apparently threw off their entire organization because it was so hard to grab my order from the inside pick up area & bring it to the drive through window lol I don't suggest making human errors at this location. read more

Went through the drive-through, ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, a milkshake and a Diet Coke. The guy took it upon himself to make the sandwiches into meals and didn't give me the diet Coke, but just a regular Coke which I couldn't drink because of so much sugar. read more

Have been here several times and have had good experiences except the one time I ordered catering pick up. I ordered ahead of time, they had my information in advance I even called to double check if they knew about my order.. when I arrived to chick Filla I was in a rush so I used the drive thru. Sadly, the staff asked me to come in. I had to wait for everyone in front of me in the drive thru to get their order. I even mentioned to the staff in the window that I was running late and I needed to get the order, she also asked me to come in. I parked, I walk in the restaurant and the manager said my order was not ready because my card had declined. I must say I at times must have taken other Chick-Fil-A's for granted. The service here is by no means near the level I've been accustomed to others nationwide. I am unsure as to whether or not there is a quality control department that reads this, but if so, hopefully they can take this as constructive criticism. I am probably as unbiased and fair critics as they come. The food is usually more or less the same whichever location you go to. But I can say with absolutely certainty from my personal experience that is not the case. Here at this location I have had the worst waffle fries I've had from any fast food experience. They were burnt. I always use a fork and dip it in sauces. When I would attempt to use my fork it is as though you and anyone around you will need eye protection because the crumbs fly all over the place and nearly to the floor or across the table. That's no exaggeration. The grilled chicken nuggets were also bad. How that was is that there were some type of strings attached to 2 of them and didn't taste right. Something gritty inside one of them. If it was the outside then it would be safe to presume it was dropped or overly seasoned. But that's not the case. The service was the least attentive of any other location. They drop off your order and that's it. Not like the other friendly locations where they greet you, ask if you need anything such as a refill or sauces, etc. This location, no greeting, not even at the register. I'm not particularly nit picky with stuff like that. But when all locations have set the standard, when the standard isn't met it sticks out like a sore thumb. If I were a franchise owner, I'd like to know how my employees are screwing up and or excelling. I don't mean to be so pessimistic on this review, however, my last Chick-Fil-A visit was the best I've had and didn't get a chance to review them. read more

The North Hills CFA never fails to deliver fast and famously friendly service every time I come. My friends and I always default to eating at this CFA in our area whenever we want to get together while eating out. Their waffle fries have always been fresh and hot, and their Spicy Chicken deluxe sandwich is always my go to when I eat here. And the owner is very friendly and always has great coupons on the CFA app when you choose the North Hills location as your local one. read more

Usually chick fil a never disappoints me, lately they have. About a week ago, I came to chick fil a and they asked for a sauce and I asked for ranch and I barely got any. That ranch was no where near enough for mine and my sisters waffle fries and the big meal we got. We were really disappointed but we decided to give chick fil a another chance today. We asked for two of their delicious brownies and were charged for them but didnt get any brownies in our bag. By the time we noticed it, it was too late. We will never stop going to chick fil a. I got the new Peppermint shake today and was 100% dissatisfied. It was the size of a small drink and cost more then a large shake at places like Whataburger. I've always had decent service at this location, the workers are very friendly, they get the order correctly, and they are normally fast and prompt. This morning took a lot longer than normal. I pulled into the drive thru excited to see that I was the only car present. Until I turned the corner to see a vehicle already waiting. Ok. No biggie. Until 8-12 minutes later they finally received a bag of food. I understand some customers order lunch during breakfast or have complicated orders, but this was just once in the 68263728 times that I come to this location. It's surrounded by several other fast food locations, Walmart, Ross, pet places, shoe and clothing stores, so you can use this chick fil a as an excuse to go shop. ;) The breakfast is fantastic! The iced coffee is good. The lunch is also great. Can't go wrong here! read more

Second, this location has dinner of the best employees; super friendly and helpful. The food: this location is up to standard. If you've never Chik Fil A start with their famous crispy chicken sandwich (number one combo). Its magic. Beautiful brown crispy outside with juicy white chicken on the inside. Not sure what Illuminati magic they use, but its perfect combo. There's a sweetness to the batter that matches the crunchy pickles. I recommend the Chik Fil A sauce which tastes like barbecue sauce, Dijon, and mustard. My son likes barbecue sauce; to each his own. You can't go wrong. The waffle fries: hands down some of the best fries anywhere. Bonus: they have the Heinz dip or squeeze ketchup. I know that's not a big deal for some, but for fry aficionados, its awesome. Breakfast: one of the best. Get anything with a biscuit. I like the chicken biscuit. You get the magic battered chicken with a fluffy sweet biscuit. The tots are good. I love chick fil a, I'm a loyal customer who has always frequented chick fil a. I'm from south Florida and all the chick fil a's down there are always super crowded and not always the best service but this chick fil a has impressed me. They are very efficient, nice staff members and it's never a long wait like others I've been to. This location has a lot of curbside spaces which are very convenient considering the other locations I've been to only have like 4-5 spots and always taken. This is my favorite place period. I can eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner without getting tired of it. The chick-n-minis are amazing!!! I love the cold brew iced coffee in the "original" flavor; I can't get enough. The harvest salad is mouthwatering and filling. I like to substitute the dressing that usually comes with the salad for the light balsamic vinaigrette. The frosted coffee and the chocolate chip cookies are so good if you're looking for a treat. I could continue reviewing everything they have but I believe it is best if y'all just go and try it! So far I have yet to try something I don't like. read more

Before placing my order I informed the employee I had constant issues with my order being wrong. The issue is that I order the market salad, with extra blue cheese on the side. Every time for 5 orders straight they have gotten it wrong. All I want is the salad, just however it comes normally, with a side of blue cheese. However the last time I ordered this I got no blue cheese at all. None in the salad or on the side. She assured me that it would be made correctly this time and told staff over her mic to make sure the salad is made the same, just an extra cup of blue cheese is added to the order. I confirmed with her again that I just want a side cup of cheese with my order. I confirmed 3x. When I paid I also confirmed I would receive extra blue cheese on the side. When I received my salad I asked a 5th time if there blue cheese was in the bag on the side. She confirmed there was. I foolishly did not check the bag. When I got home, no blue cheese. Even after confirmed five times which is beyond ridiculous for such a simple request. When I got home I also noticed I did not receive the spicy delux sandwich either but received a regular chic fila sandwich. This issue with just asking for a normal salad with blue cheese happens every single time I have visited this location, which is 5 times now. read more

BY FAR my favorite location of any Chick Fila. The staff here is wonderful, food is always amazing and management takes an active roll with customers.
